  I bought a used 2011 jeep wrangler about a month ago and not even a week after purchase the jeep doesnt drive straight . The check engine light is on and the airbag light also went on. I purchased the warranty coverage for the Jeep . The car wouldnt drive safely and I was afraid that I would be getting into an accident so I took it to a mechanic near me and was told that the car has suspension is***s. I called the dealer they know I bought the coverage but refuse to fix it in a timely manner and also refuse to answer my calls only to finally get in touch with the salesman who sold me the car. The guy was laughing telling me what can I do and that they still havent had anyone look at the vehicle. Im very upset and wanna *** them for the lies and emotional abuse I have dealt with. I want my Jeep fixed in a timely matter. I have no transportation to get to work. I gave them all my money for a down payment and bought the insurance but still am getting laughed at with the run around. . This is not professional and I dont know what to do about it.

  I got my car 2 months ago, fighting for dmv paperwork to get plates and now today the temp tag I have expires today and with no way of getting any type of registration I go to the dmv with the information they provided and for me to go in by my self guess what... ALL WRONG so I couldn't get registered then I call to see if I can get another temp tag just till my next dmv appointment (due to COVID ITS APPOINTMENTS ONLY!!!) and guess what.. nope all they tell me is to DRIVE WITH MY CONTRACTS like NO NO! COP IN USA is going to allow a car to be driving WITH OUT REGISTRATION!! BUT they keep telling me to drive with contracts like a dummy.. there favorite word is reimburse! like your made out of money to keep paying and paying and paying for driveways mess up but where is this money going to come from to reimburse.. I'm fed up! brakes making noises check engine light is on an seriously to make matters worse they gave me a temp tag that someone stole and drove thru tolls that I HAD TO PAY FOR!! I love the car but I need the help and they just stopped contacting me and dropped all communication all I've been getting is ignored

  Hello-- ****** was advised that he could go to the *** to get his plates and registration. The issue that he ran into was he did not want his dad on the registration but only wanted his name on the registration. This is not how it was set up in the deal and he knew his Dad was on the registration. He had to cancel that appointment because his dad needed to be there since he was also listed on the loan. He had to make another appointment to go back into the *** to complete. We are unable to issue him a second temporary tag due to ********** law. He can get his plates and registration with his father on it or he needs to make an appointment to change the registration with his father present. There is nothing we can do for him at this point and he's been advised. Thanks! *******
