Tuesday, Oct. 30th I went to this Shoprite and I'm highly upset. this is not the first time this has happened to me there. I downloaded a coupon in regards to a food item. when I went up in the line, the cashier said it wasn't downloaded so reloaded to my card. Then the cashier called a manager to come over to fix the difference. It took the manager 15 minutes to come over. When she did she went to go do something else after the cashier said he reloaded and the difference needs to be fixed. Then she asked me to read her the coupon after I showed it right to her. At this point I've been waiting for over 25 minutes. As I read it to her, even though I showed it to her, this was an embarrassment, she still did not believe me. Are you serious the coupon was right there. She proceeded to go over to were the soda was located. at this point I've been waiting over 30 minutes. This is unreal and I left. the worst customer service, nasty personalities, and what a joke. the owner of this Shoprite should be embarrassed of this store and the workers he/she hires. A coupon not beeing honored when its right in front of the manager. Proves how ridiculous your workers know about the store and its items.Business response
