This is a WARNING to anyone considering using Timeshare Legal to get out of a timeshare contract. DONT DO IT!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! It has been over 2 years now that I have been working with them. They are all full of promises and are also in my opinion they are liars. They have done nothing to help me with the exception that over the 2-year period they have written 5 letters on my behave. I was sent the letters by email and told to send them directly to ******** and to not let Westgate know I was working with a timeshare exit company. All five have been basically the same letter over and over again and almost identical in every way to letters I had sent ******** myself before hiring them. The only exception was one letter they wrote threatening Westgate with legal action. When I asked *******, my representative with Timeshare Legal, if it was true that they have a lawyer that was getting involved he had to admit it was just a bluff that the timeshare companies sometimes fall for. I refused to send a letter that was not true. I was also told they were doing other things behind the scenes to help resolve my timeshare issue. I asked what else they would do besides send letters, I was told We cant tell you that, if we did everyone would open their own timeshare cancellation company. ******* at one point told me that the real goal was to get ******** to foreclose on the property and that I just needed to wait because they often did all the foreclosures at one ******* the 1 year point I started asking for my promised satisfaction money back guarantee. I was told every time I asked for the refund, which was many times between years 1 and 2 that I had to be patient and that I was not entitled to the refund yet. So if your goal is to give scammers $7,000 this is the way to go. If it is not your goal then stay very far away from this company.

This organization is very professional and courteous. They invest in their customers and keep us informed every step of the process. My experience was nothing short of amazing. I am out of my timeshare and it didn't even take long. I would say approximately seven months and I am officially free of that nightmare.

Hands down the best decision Ive ever made. I was honestly very sceptical about the fact that i was able to get out my timeshare without going to court and avoid to paid more than $50,000 dollars of my ownership with my timeshare. Thank god i did took the decision to do business with timeshare legal because today i can say that with patience and the help of all the agents that took care of my case i am finally able to get out of my ownership avoiding to paid so much money and the best part is that no impact to my credit at all. We were contacted by Timeshare Legal after making inquiries to end our timeshare. If you think that purchasing a timeshare was a hard sell, well this was even worse. When I told them I wanted time to think about their services, I was put on hold for 3 minutes. Since my husband wanted to get out of our timeshare desperately, we went ahead. Since that time we have had 4 different contacts who have done NOTHING in 6 weeks. After 2 weeks of no action, I requested this process to be cancelled. We were told that no matter what we decided we would have to pay the $5,550. I informed contact #3 that the timeshare was sold (at a major loss, but oh well). That was last week. Today, contact person #4 wrote to us about the next step....to say that I'm annoyed is an understatement.
