Ive been wearing glasses ever since I can remember and its an item that is crucial to my life. So going to get glasses is an important step for myself. I have never had problems with my lenses but this location has struggled to get my lenses correct three times.I was understanding the first time and going back and saying I couldnt see clearly out of my glasses. They happily swapped out my lenses.However, the second time I ran into the same issue. Everything was blurry and it gave me a head ache. They assured me that it was a process for my eyes to adjust. But something in me doubted it. I still wore the glasses for two whole days. Until I said. I really cant see out of this. I come to find that the lenses were cut incorrectly and I wasnt looking through the center convexity of the lense. Which is the proper location to see clearly out of your glasses. I went back on a work day because it was the only day the optimologist was at their location. The doctor confirms my thoughts. When I push the bottom of the frame to the center of my eye I can clearly see. They gave me a new eye exam and measured where the glasses would sit on my face and the center of the lense.The third time (I can in on a Sunday) I got my glasses. My right eye was clear however the left lense was blurry. I immediately wanted to return my glasses because Ive been at this location 7 times now and this has been a month long process. The sales associate said he couldnt hold onto the glasses for the return because he could get fired and I needed to come back Tuesday through Thursday. He assured me that my eyes werent adjusted to the lense.I have given them a chance and wore the glasses for five days. My left eye is still blurry and I am having tremendous head aches from the lenses. All I want is a refund. This has been a pain from the beginning to the end and its effecting my health. I do everything with my glasses and its heart breaking to see this happen.Business response
