They provided seasonal cable at my site 466 in **************** Resort. I pay in March for service through November. My cable was cut off the week of August 1 with no notification from the company and when I called they said ********* is now the provider and they are not giving any refunds. They broke their monetary contract with myself and every other site owner within the resort that prepaid for their services. I demand they make good by providing a prorated refunded for the months without service.Initial Complaint

Paid for entire season of cable for use at ************************ Association. Multiple issues throughout the year and now company suddenly turned off all cable and said they are out of business. ******* had contract with entire campground as provider and I personally paid for *** until ********* ******* took payments from members of campground even up until a day before they turned everything off. ******* tried telling campground they wanted campground to provide money to them, not in contract. ******* was reportedly stealing services for years from ********* and individually charging members of campground for services that they were not paying ********* for. Would like a full refund of my 2022 payment.
