I placed an order on 11/21/2023 for Christmas gifts. The order number is ********. I didnt receive the first package until a month later. I received one item in the package which I didnt order. However, the invoice shows two items were shipped which were not in the package. I then received another package that shows 3 items were shipped however, there was only one item in the package. My card was charged as if all the items were received. I would like a refund for all items I did not receive. I have called and emailed and no response.Business response

Ordered a necklace decided I didnt want that particular one and the process to cancel an order seems to be never ending, nobody to answer the phones or emails that are requestiom the cancellation so what you just get my money?Business response

We thank you so much for your feedback- you placed an order on the 11th after 6 pm - your order was ready to ship and packed on the 12th - you emailed us that you made a mistake on the address - we called you and left you a voicemail. We had to go into the mail room and go through many shipments to stop your order from shipping with UPS-
this is the holiday season and we were still able to stop your order before shipping to the wrong address that you provided.
We cancelled your order and refunded your order today. All of your patience and appreciated during this time. Please before ordering during the busy holiday season - please double check the address that you enter. thank you and happy holidays.

I am rejecting this response because:until the money is back in my account this isnt resolved, countless people speaking about how even when a refund is issued the funds never land in the account.

I placed an order on 3/27/22 and paid for 2 day delivery and I still have not received my order. I received a email on 3/31 from them which said it was on it's way for 2 day delivery, again I still have not received it.Business response

On 12/21/21 I ordered a necklace from Precious Accents website. The order number is ********, modern beaded necklace by Ania Haie. They were paid, because it was documented on my checking account. I have sent at least 3emails stated I did not receive my necklace, and I have called. Ive received auto emails and never spoke to a person when calling. I would like a refund.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: There is no mention of processing my $58.03 refund nor have I seen any indication on my credit card that one is in process. While I appreciate them telling me they cancelled the order and apologizing for the issue, the order still says "Pending"

I ordered a ring from here a month ago, I can’t get ahold of a single person after calling and emailing several times. I was very patient but now I think I’ve been scammed. It seems to be the worst service I’ve ever had. Now I want a refund, not sure how these people have been able to stay in business seeing as how they’ve had the same complaints for years.Business response

I paid 221 dollars for items for Christmas Presents. I ordered the over a week ago, the company said to contact them by email as Nobody answers the phone. I have made numerous attempts to contact them to find status of my order. Nobody gets back to you They advertise selling a popular product in fact the website matches the products they are selling website. They are not an upstanding company and do not care about their customers. I don't think they even existBusiness response
