Family Psychiatry has taken my medicare benefits without the benefit of an EOB on any single transaction. In the beginning (I have been with them 2-3 years) they would take money from my debit card BEFORE the appointment commenced--approximately $40, which is a fairly reasonable copay. Every once in a while they would take over $200 from my debit card BEFORE the appointment. Explanation: medicare deductible. This happened earlier this year. I have repeatedly requested that Family inform me when a large amount would come out of my account because I am on a fixed income. Earlier this month, approximately $275 was taken out of my account BEFORE I had an appointment. When I complained on voicemail, they took out an additional $185. There is no explanation for the random amounts being taking out of my account. I called and got voicemail. I want an investigation as to why three large amounts were deducted from my account and why I have never received any EOB, diagnostic codes or ANY paper work from this sketchy establishment. Unfortunately I have NO paperwork to upload because I have never received any form of documentation from this place.
