      Lied to me about their refund policy so I read the contract to them until they agreed to ask corporate for the refund because they cant do that on their end. Horrible people to deal with. Should be shut down.

      IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD !!! worst place ever do not buy furniture here.. they tell you it can be delivered within 2 weeks.. and then they avoid you for up to 4 weeks! no one answers phones.. the business cards are text messages and the sales people just ignore you . i should have paid the extra money and ordered from a reputable company..

      Huffman Koos does not deserve not even ONE star. My furniture was delayed and no one called me. I happen to call no one called regarding deliver just to be informed that it was delayed another three weeks. I visited the store and asked that when it arrives in the warehouse to be placed on the earliest truck going out. The manager said certainly. When i called the store the week the furniture was to be delivered and asked the manager if it was arranged, NOTHING. He then told me he would look into it and see what he could do. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

      There should be a '0' avaiable. I purchased a Livingroom set and was scheduled for delivery on April 1st, 2023 received no calls or delivery. I then called their Customer and they tell me I am not in the system for delivery. So I went back to the store and got scheduled for April 6th, 2023. The delivery truck came and I opened the door and they bring the 1st piece in and they both go outside and I think it was to get the rest of the set. The Driver then comes back inside and say can I sign and I ask where the rest is and he said 'Lost'. I said what, he said call ***************** I call and ask for a Manager and was connected to: ************************* who told me that the rest of the livingroom was on a truck between their warehouses and they couldn't figure where the truck was in time for delivery. I then explain this Livingroom set was purchased to assure I had furniture for Easter and family. She stated well sorry again for the 2nd time delivery mixup but at least we got you 1-piece.So, I then said please cancel the whole order that i no longer want it. **** stated oh well 'you are out of luck' we have your money and it can't be cancel. I told her she better make arraigements to have the 1 piece pickup and she told me that under No circumstances would she do that and if i don't take delivery of the rest consider that i just paid them all that money for 1 piece and that Huffman Koos or herself will 'NEVER' refund my money.So I recommend 'NO-ONE' to ever shop at the Huffman Koos brand.You would probably get better service at a 'FLEA MARKET or GARAGE SALE'.

      That Store is horrible they sell people used pieces of furniture. They say its brand new but its been sitting on the floor for years. I cant believe they do business like that.

      they should not be in business I wish I could give me a (0) they have the nerve to deliver a broken item and tried to fix it and pond it off as new / they deliver a bed without the motor and had the audacity to refuse to come and pick up the items. something needs to be done with this company they should not be allowed to take advantage of customers like me, this have been from November 2021 and still nothing been done, I need you help please advise thanks in advance.

      I wish I could give them 0 stars. FAIRFIED OFFICE!!!! Horrible experience and still going on. Ordered couches Feb of 2021 with the understanding of the 'Covid' delay was promised by Aug. Did not get them until Sept. Now there is an issue with them and need repairs. **************** came out and confirmed repair needed. AND, the major problem is the reclining couches are all different sizes, SO when you recline and then put it back, it's rubbing the fabric to a point where it's now ripping. Still nothing since Nov 2021. **************** does not return calls, no follow **** When they follow up they do not leave phone numbers to return calls.

      ZERO stars!!!I went to Huffman Koos over two weeks ago and found a beautiful dining room set. We purchased it, knowing it would take about 6 months to come in. Went next door to a competitor, and found the same set- cheaper and guaranteed delivery a lot quicker. I promptly canceled my order with HK, and still have not received a refund. I have called at least 5 times, and even showed up at their location. The manager there allegedly sent an email to the financial mgr- *****, in front of me, still havent heard from her!! Its on my credit card -and I an relying for that refund as its gaining interest on my balance. Do not shop from this store!!!
