I recently purchased a Pocket Hose, attracted by its convenience and promises of durability. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. The hose broke just after a month of use, which was a frustratingly short lifespan for a product that is advertised to be tough and long-lasting. Even more disheartening was the customer service experience. When I contacted them for a replacement, considering the product broke so quickly, their response was far from helpful. They refused to replace the hose, leaving me with a defective product and a sense of regret for my purchase. I would not recommend the Pocket Hose based on both the poor quality of the product and the lackluster customer service. It's disheartening when a company does not stand behind its product or care for its customers' satisfaction.Telebrands Response

I purchased a lifetime warranty Flexi hose July 21, 2022 with Amazon for $59.99. The brass connector to the hose broke apart from the hose leaving the hose useless. I requested a refund or replacement of the hose on June 14, 2024. I received notice from Bulbhead saying they would honor the warranty and replace it with a Silver Bullet hose. I sent them PDF copy of proof of purchase, my contact and address information as they requested. It has been almost a month and no replacement hose received yet. I sent another email, no response. I called Bulbhead on July 12 and now I was told I have to pay a processing fee and taxes for the replacement hose. This company is untrustworthy! I would not recommend Flexi hose to anyone.Review from RG C

My 87 year old Mother ordered a pocket hose they took 87.00 out and she still has not received her product I will be filing a complaint very soon can't call only get an annoying recorded voice DONT DO BUISNESS WITH BULB HEAD!Telebrands Response

I watched a TV commercial for the Horsepower Scrubber and when I went to their website I noticed the regular one for $39.99 (sounds like a good deal) and the Gold Edition model at $59.98? I just wanted to know the difference between the two. Was the Gold Edition strictly cosmetic or is it something else? Simple enough question? I went to the webpage with the Contact Us with my question - the site for 'questions' does not work and I tried it several times. All I got was "Something went wrong, please try again later". Then I tried trying calling the phone number they had, and each time - wait time is 6 minutes and a few seconds. I wait 10 minutes and then get cut off. (Did that 3 times). Then I wrote them an email at customerservice@bulbhead - still waiting on a simple answer to a simple question. BUT, now after going through those hoops and reading all the negative reviews, I am rather hesitant to purchase from them. I may be much better off, paying the extra few bux and purchase something with a Consumer Report thumbs up - not this company.Telebrands Response

They took advantage of my disabled veteran husband. They sold him 4 piece of garbage hoses that aren't worth $10 for $186. This is robbery, and they're taking advantage of veterans. And they charged him an exorbitant amount a 10 year warranty. I will be reporting them to anyone I can report them to.Telebrands Response

I ordered the copper hose online and I immediately realized they were sending the wrong size so I called the customer service number listed on my email. That’s when I found BulbHead is the one that handles their shipping. I got the run around with customer service. I tried to get them to change to the right size. They shipped the wrong size anyway. The company told me to decline the package. As soon as it came I did that. I called their customer service this morning as I have not received a refund. They argued with me that it was sent back to PayPal but when I pulled up PayPal and my bank acct and told the rep it had not been received. He then comes back and tells me they will not send my money back until they receive a dispute statement from PayPal even though they have the product back that was in an unopened box that was declined at usps. This company has many bad reviews and situations like this and should not be able to stay in business.Telebrands Response

The customer filed a dispute with their credit card company. Once a dispute has been filed, the credit card company reverses the charges and blocks further activity for this transaction. Bulbhead is a rip off company. Do not buy anything from them. What they advertise and the cost is not what you get. They will upgrade without your permission. They advertise eye- candy with led lights on TV for $19.99 yet charged me $40.01 I called, was told I was " upgraded"Telebrands Response
