NOTE: Your own website is broken! You strip out all of returns from this content making reading it a nightmare!! This is the dumbest bug!! It's not hard to persist document content!! As such, the item is still not ready for delivery at this time which may have caused the error. This item has been picked up from our warehouse on February 14th, which is already 7 days ago. We sincerely apologize for the delay. We have already reached out to the carrier to get an update on this and we are awaiting their response. I am an individual not a company. I had shipped my household goods from ******* to ******* and due to lack of job between two companies ( Maersk in ******* and ***) I had charged $2600 which customer service said don't worry you can dispute it which they are not refunding my money for several months then they ignore my phone calls.
