I am writing to seek your assistance and a formal review regarding my experience with purchasing a Platinum ticket for the AB6IX (a kpop group) concert in ********, which was fraught with issues including non-disclosure of information, false advertising, manipulation of customer behavior, regional unfairness, and devaluation of the ticket price. Despite my efforts to resolve this with a request for a full refund, my concerns have been ignored by the event organizer.I purchased the Platinum ticket on May 18, 2024, with the confirmation number ********. The event organizer had advertised on ******* that Platinum tickets include exclusive one-on-one interactions with a chosen member by the fan, which influenced my decision to purchase at this tier over others.However, the reality diverged significantly from what was promised:1. For LA, Platinum ticket buyers could verify the availability of their preferred AB6IX member before purchase, ensuring the promised exclusive interaction. This transparency not only provided the freedom to opt out should the preferred artist be unavailable, but also guaranteed an interaction with the chosen artist once the purchase was completed. 2. In contrast, For NY, we were required to buy Platinum tickets without such information. The lack of transparency removed our ability to make an informed decision and forced us to accept any outcome, diminishing the value of the ticket. It was only after the purchase that it was disclosed each artist was limited to 20 slots, a crucial detail that was withheld initially. And they said they even will randomly allocate "accordingly". The discrepancies resulted in a significant deterioration in the value of the price paid.
