DM Medical Billings was the medical billing provided for ********* Ambulance Squad up until 6/1/22. In October 2021 I was working with one of there staff to do some reconciliation of billed/collected and found a very large discrepancy. Around the holidays 2021 she left the company and the president *********************** assured me she would get the data before *** the one who I was working with me originally left. I have been asking repeatedly for 2020 and 2021 billing and collection data for all calls we took which should be readily available and have yet to receive it. I have tried even working with others in the company to get this data as well but it is bottlenecked with ***********************. I have had multiple email correspondences with **** and her staff saying the data was coming. 7 months is a ridiculous wait time. It will most likely show that the billing is inconstant and that DM owes our company damages for errors and omissions. We believe that is why there has been such a delay in responding. Of course without DM providing the data we do not have proof. We would appreciate any help the BBB would provide. After working with the company for 12 years we also could not longer recommend this company in any way and would rate them with a failing score.Thank you for your assistance..
