On April 18, 2022, *****************************, the business owner charged me $200 for soil and mulch service for my flower pot in front of my porch and requested payment to made through Zelle before service and payment was made the same day and he confirmed received through text message. Since then, he has not performed the service, I contacted twice a week, and each time he promised to stop by the same day to complete the service to no avail, my flowers started dying. So, on April 22nd, I requested for a refund of my payment and he promised to refund the money, but it never happened, I contacted him every week since then, through phone calls and audio messages, and on May 16, was my last call to him, he abused me by cursing me and yelling, and traiting me about calling him for my money. On May 19, I sent him my last audio message and Zelle request for a refund, but up till today, I have not received my refund and no service has not been performed. So, I went to Lowes and purchased the mulch and soil myself over the weekend. Just want a refund of my payment, and donot want him on my property. Thanks.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:Even though the case is closed, I want to update you, the business has refunded the money today 07/05/2022.
