I have never regretted opening the door for someone as much as I have after doing so for this company. We know our roof is old so we were willing to get an estimate. The kid told me they had done a roof 2 blocks away. Well I drove around and no one had gotten a new roof. Then I read reviews and saw that the estimate process takes well over 2 hours and that they're pushy over getting you to sign on the spot. We wouldn't because well with my dad being an ex construction worker that's just not how you do this. I would need multiple quotes to move forward. My husband and I discussed it over the weekend and decided we were going to cancel the appointment for the estimate mostly because we just weren't ready to start a new project in the next year so no sense in wasting everyone's time. They call me at 7:34am on Monday morning to confirm my estimate appointment. I explain the situation and he seemed super understanding and said no problem. Fast forward to 12 hours and 4 minutes later and I get a text from ***** about rescheduling for "today or tomorrow" yeah sure come on by at 7:38PM in pitch blackness to see my roof and let's chat. Obviously assuming that was automated and a mistake....nope got another call on Tuesday October 15th at 10:30 and then again at 12:38pm ... now I keep telling them WE ARE NOT INTERESTED especially when you're not listening to me when I tell you WE WILL NOT BE DOING THIS IN THE NEXT YEAR. Well today at 11:50 am I got ANOTHER CALL. On a recorded line so YOU HAVE ME ON A RECORDING ASKING YOU TO STOP CALLING ME.Buyer beware...I will never work with this company and I will warn everyone I come across. Check Yelp, their ******** reviews are made up most of those people ONLY reviewed them so paid for and they will not stop calling and harassing you.

I just had an employee from Victory come to my door just 10 minutes ago and solicit despite my sign than says “No Solicitors”. I’ll leave his name out of it because it’s not him, but the general solicitation practice that I’m not fond of. Not only did he ignore the sign, he was probably taught to ask questions that pressure the potential client into an appointment. The first question they ask should be “are you interested?” And if the answer is yes, they can continue with the “presentation.” But I wasn’t asked if I was interested, I just kept being asked about specific days and times where someone could come for an official consultation. NO MEANS NO. No doesn’t mean, “what about later today? Or tomorrow?” IT MEANS I AM NOT INTERESTED. The persuasion tactics that these employees are taught are meant to take advantage of people, feel pressured, and it doesn’t feel good.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I spoke with Sean and he assured me that Victory will do their best. I also told Sean that I don’t believe any employees should receive any punitive actions, only some teaching.

I submitted an inquiry for some home repairs online via ****, and received a call from Victory HRG that was very aggressive. As a result, I told them over the phone as well as by email that I'm no longer interested in their services any longer, now or in the future, and demanded they no longer contact me by phone or email. Well I've still been receiving calls non-stop, even having blocked them my phone is still littered with notifications of the incoming blocked call. It's becoming harassment and I need the calls to stop. Thanks for any assistance, hoping other people don't have to put up with this either.

*****- I personally want to thank you for being patient as we get this resolved since we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. I have recently taken over to handling these matters and I am going to personally make sure that your name and number are removed from our campaigns. We never intend to reach out to people who don't need our services let alone someone who has stated they don't want to talk to us. I appreciate this feedback and if there are any other problems that pop up in the future please give us a call ************.

On 12/28/2023 an employee of Victory knocked on my door and told me they were "working on other homes in the area" and asked if I would be interested in a free estimate. I agreed even though I clearly stated was not interested in upgrading my windows now or in the near future. A sales rep came to my house, "inspected" my windows, and even brought window samples and a heat lamp!! I repeated several times during the "estimate" I was not interested in an upgrade and only curious about cost if I were to do so. Since Dec 28th, I have been receiving at least 13 phone calls a day from Victory HRG number: **************. I just want them to stop calling me!

I apologize for not getting back sooner. We have made the necessary adjustments on our end to ensure the phone calls stop. There will be no further communication from Victory moving forward. This is not a reflection of who we are as a company and again apologize for the headache this has caused. Have a good new year!

I have been receiving MANY phone calls and text messages regarding setting up an appointment for new windows from Victory Home Remodeling. I never requested solicitations from this company, nor do I want any more in the future. I don't even own a home to replace windows, so this is really a huge waste of everyone's time. PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LISTS.

We understand that this is annoying and you will be removed from our list immediately. We sincerely apologize and there's no excuse for you being on our messaging list.

On February 14 I clicked a link in my ******** profile to get an estimate on windows. I immediately got a phone call and made an appointment for Thursday, February 16. When they did the preliminary interview with my husband, they asked if both of us would be there, and he explained no. He would be the only one at the appointment. Both of us work and We discussed price etc. and I gave him complete autonomy to handle the meeting and make any decisions. When they called this morning to confirm they wanted to verify if I would be there and when he told them no, Victory Home Improvement said we both had to be there. My husband canceled and asked to be taken off their mailing list. That was at 8 o’clock this morning since that time I personally have received three phone calls from a man named Josh trying to set up an appointment, five texts trying to set up an appointment and an email trying to set up an appointment . I have explained on the phone, text, and email that I don’t appreciate the company overriding the decision of how my husband and I run our home and our finances. I have also specifically asked to stop contacting me. We are just looking to put five windows in, this isn’t brain surgery, and the company is now harassing me every hour with some form of communication trying to set up an appointment. I can appreciate that. They would prefer to have both of us there, but if it is our decision, not to, they shouldn’t keep harassing us. I checked their website and nowhere does it say it is mandatory that both spouses are present. And when I asked the gentleman to point out where it is, stated, he told me this is just their preference for the initial meeting. I am trying to get all forms of communication stopped, because they will not stop

Hello. Thanks for sending us your feedback. Firstly, we'd like to apologize for continuing to call regarding a free estimate after you kindly asked us to cancel your appointment. Since there are so many styles and options, we appreciate you understanding why we ask for both homeowners to be involved in the free estimate. It allows our company to be as efficient as possible when providing a price that is good for a year. We have removed you from our database so please feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions. Best wishes.
