The pictures were beautiful. The follow up getting the pictures and the customer service had a lot to be desired. It took 5 months to receive my pictures. It's impossible to reach the photographer by phone. You can only reach him by email. His phone is a constant busy signal so you cannot leave a message. When I emailed him regarding the status of my pictures. It was always an excuse. The printing company he is using shut down, etc. I finally get my pictures and I have green neon dots over my eyes. It is the glare from my glasses. I emailed **** regarding this, and he said it was my fault because I approved the prints. I explained that I mentioned the glare when we were reviewing the prints and he said he would take care of it. I said to him, even if I did approve, you are a professional and should have seen this and taken care of it. He keeps insisting it's not his fault, it's mine because I approved the prints. But does he not review his own work and look at the pictures know this wasn't right? It is now the end of December; he is still giving me push back. He did offer to do new prints for 50% off. I paid him over $900! I feel it is his error. It is now the end of December; we are still going back and forth. I have pictures I cannot hang, and he has over $900 of my money he is refusing to refund, even partial or make good on the pictures, stating it's my fault. Do not use this photographer. After waiting over 6 months to get my prints and then the poor quality of the work. Plus the poor customer service.
