My experience over the last 4 months has been excellent My zoom call with 2 different APRN's was very professional and they were not just checking the boxes but really in depth I have contacted customer service and few times with various questions and I received a text answer or call back within 24 hours My meds have been received consistently before I run out of current meds. It's nice to find a company that truly looks after their clients ** a tie ts like Remedy Meds. I learned during my initial ****************************************************************************** loose weight due to being obese.. The medical doctor interviewed me and educated me about the medication and potential side effects. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. The medication arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. The instructions were easy to follow and the syringe needles were were very small. The injections caused minimal to no discomfort. I have been on the medication for 3 months and have lost around 10 pounds and that'd with only moderate exercise due to a recent hip injury.. The shots curb ny appetite. I have it expierenced any side effects. Once I heal from my hip injury and can exercise more, more weight should come off. The few times I needed help with a follow-up or refi LA, customer service resolved any issues, promptly. Remedy Meds providers are caring and if I need to contact them with questions or concerns about my treatment it is easy to get in touch with them. I have easily filled two prescriptions with ease and efficiency. Medication arrived less than 36 hours after completing requested information online. Whole process is very simple with excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will continue to utilize for filling of future prescriptions.Review from Allison S

I have been using this company for about 2 months .. I have had the blood work they asked for done with no issues right at the participating quest locations and have had 2 video visits with the doctors .. I have lost about 6 pounds so far and received the compound semiglutide from the pharmacy with no issues .. I admit they had sone minor issues with their portal at one point but I believe that was more of a tech issue that was resolved rather quickly - there is a customer service number right on the site and whenever I called did provide service without any issue - so far I think this company has been good for me and my weight loss goalsReview from Cheryl D

Would give 0 stars if I could. Everyone says that, but it is true, please stay away from this company. I am a well educated women and I fell for their nonsense. They get you in the door, great service get that instant gratification with that great service, then when you try to follow through on your next refill, they disappear, tell you flat out lies, then keep sending you bot canned messages that always start with we apologize for your inconvenience but then ends with go pound sand. Please avoid them, so many better options out there. Read the bad reviews and believe them,

The initial consultation was fine. I sent prescription documentation and labs from my physician for tirzepatide, and they agreed with the *** RemedyMeds then changed the shipment to ***********. This is not only unacceptable but dangerous. I can not substitute a ** like that. They notified me by email that I should expect a refund of $100, with no explanation. The very next email notified me they were preparing to ship the *********** *** I responded and asked them NOT to ship and cancel the order; it was the wrong medication. They shipped the *********** anyway and told me I could not return the ** and that no refund was available. They had time to stop the order and didn't. I also didn't get the refund of $100 they emailed me about.RemedyMeds Response
