This company is actively emailing/calling with fake employment offers and requesting nonpublic information like DOA and SSN just to set up interviews. I was told to email or text a copy of my driver's license or present it through Zoom during the interview process. When I asked about the background check, secure site to upload documents, drug screening etc the recruiter informed me they did not have a secure site to upload documents, I had to email them. I explained the security issues with emailing this sensitive information, the recruiter said, "it's okay we will keep it safe". I'm not sure where this company is actually doing business from but not having a secure site for documents, uninformed recruiters who can't provide simple information like, what company conducts the background/drug screening process screams SCAM!!! I had 5 different reps from this company contact me with the same job, all with variations on the salary then tried to play it off when I called them out that their peer was offering more money for the same job. I would caution anyone contacted by this company to run; I independently verified the positions they are pushing do not exist. I have unsubscribed from their email but still being contacted. I believe there is a breach of contract, negligence, fraud, and deception happening. The pain and suffering Im experiencing is severe. I have not been paid. June 16, 2022, I was recruited by US Tech Solutions to work a 6-month contract for ******* July 11, 2022, I received and accepted an offer to work with ****** and completed onboarding documentation. US Tech used a company by the name of ******** to perform a criminal background check. ********* website says 90% of their checks are completed within 1 business day. After days of not hearing a status from anyone, I contacted ******** and discovered ******** set a completion date of August 29, 2022. My original start date was supposed to be July 22. I informed US Tech and was told the matter was expedited. One week after that time I started calling Sterling every day and was eventually told they were asking the Portsmouth county court system for the results of the check. I told ******** there is no Portsmouth county court system and a criminal background check should go through the ***************************** More days went by, so I paid for my own criminal check and faxed the official report to ********. ******** said I could not use that report to clear my way to begin work. So, I asked my ****** manager would it be acceptable if US Tech made an executive decision and conducted the background check without ********. My manager said yes, and I informed US Tech. US Tech never conducted the check themselves. More days went by then I was told by the hiring manager at ****** that the background check was completed, and I could begin work on August 22, 2022. I worked approximately one and a half days, then was told to stop work because US Tech was under a security investigation.Something is clearly amiss. I was never told the reason for the security investigation. My manager never told me what department at ****** told him I could begin or stop work.Initial Complaint

This business I have asked numerous times to update the location preferences, before, during and after the pandemic to roles outside of ***********. They continue only to spam for jobs in *********** and prevent me the opportunity of presenting me to their other clients they work with outside of ***********. Today they only still contact for *********** and I have had no success in getting this point across. They put me in circles and treat me like trash. I am not interested in *********** and told them I am open to relocation. Even with COVID pandemic and we are working remotely they still only harass for roles in ***********. I want my profile open to all locations and routed for roles apart from only ***********.Business response
