I provided this school with a $900 deposit.. The deposit was made on Oct. They told me I would hear from them in a few weeks to schedule Sat. classes and I should probably start around January. Being that I was unable to do classes Monday threw Friday. Someone was suppose to reach out to me so we could discuss my weekend options. That’s the reason I was told I would have to wait so long before I started. I waited to after the holidays and still received no phone call from their company. I called in the middle of Jan. they had no idea who I was and that I was waiting for a call. They again told me I would get another call back with details. Again I never heard back from them that month so I called again in the beginning of February. They told me I would get a call back from Victor R***** telling me my options. He told me as a courtesy I would get one 8hr class on Saturday with the test being taken at the end of that same day. Not a practice test but actual test. And they could not give me notice. it would have to be done the week they tell me. I did not sign up for a courtesy. I signed up for a school. I was told classes will take up to six months if I was only available on Saturdays. Now we’re in March and still no call. I called them for a refund and they asked me to visit there office. When I reached the property he wanted to re-open my case and start new. I told Victor I no longer felt confident in there school and just wanted a refund being that they forgot about me and it’s going on 6 months. I told him I was going to record the conversation since I was told something different in the past and wanted this to be iron clad. He yelled at me, threw my license at me and told me i was never going to get a refund and to leave his building. I was able to record his outburst. In a nutshell, I never took a class. I never got a phone call to take a class. They completely forgot about me and are refusing to give me my money back.
