The online company, Underoutfit, I believe fraudulently claims that getting a return label and refund is easy. They have called me several times saying they are emailing me a return label, but it never comes. After two weeks of getting the run around, being lied to that ** getting a return label, Im at my wits end. Please help me. I hope there are no other companies that have the same name and have a physical store that might be getting confused with this complaint. I placed an order on May 31, 2024, for four bras from Underoutfit after seeing their offers dozens of times on Facebook. Their offer is that you can try the bras for up to 180 days and then return them for exchange or refund. The bras didn't fit, so today, July 16, I went to their website to start the return process. I immediately realized that their process is intentionally confusing and unwieldy, obviously designed to discourage returns. I found many complaints about this online from customers who gave up on getting their refunds. $170 is a lot of money to me and I will pursue this as far as I have to. I hope the BBB can help me. Their "customer service" number is just a recording.Initial Complaint

Placed order on May 3 with expected shipping of 5-7 business days. Needed item for a trip leaving on May 30. Received email on May 6 with tracking number stating item has been shipped. I have tracked order every few days and items remain at shipping location. I contacted them by chat and their response was to use tracking. I emailed them explaining that tracking of item remains stagnant. They told me to use tracking number. I contacted them again by e-mail and they THREATENED me stating if I submit more than 1 request, the response to me will be put to the end of the queue for a response. There is no phone number!!! It is now May 26th. They are still aggressively pushing Memorial Day sales while older orders remain unfilled.Initial Complaint

I purchased two items on April 12, 2024, that I want to return. According to their website, I can use their return portal to accomplish this but it is not recognizing the information from my invoice (below). I used their customer support email to let them know I was having trouble and received a response that they needed the order number which I provided. I never heard back and emailed them three more times but there was no response. I then called their number and got an automated answer requesting that I leave my name and number which I did TWICE. No one has called me back. Please note, I cannot find their physical address anywhere, just the city (NY,NY). This is the information from my purchase/receipt that was emailed to me: *** *****, this email is to confirm your recent order #****************.
