We used to have a contract for generator maintenance with them.On 8/27/2020 they came for the regular full service of the gerenator, which was auto-testing weekly and working perfectly normally at that point. That service was paid in full.After their visit, the generator broke down.On 9/3/2020, 6 days after the full service provided by this company, the generator broke down. The company didnt have the replacement piece and they made us find it and buy the replacement piece, which they installed on 10/2/2020. With this rigmarole, we didnt have a functioning generator for a full month, and they want us to pay for the solving of issues their poorly trained technician caused. This company never responded to e-mails nor phone calls, during the process it was impossible to get them to let us know anything aside from how much money they wanted us to pay. To this day (April 2023) they continuously harass us every month with these bills from 9/3 and 10/2, not mentioning we paid for the replacement piece that they broke down and we had to buy ourselves.
