I went to see my OBYN on November 22, 2022. That day the dr did my annual visit and also treated me for a UTI, she billed the insurance for 2 dr visits on the same day which my insurance denied the claim and paid for one visit only. They billed me for the other visit. I called their offices so many times and even personally went there too. The manager was not available and said they would call me back. To date no one has called me back and they now have me in collections. This is very unfair. I've tried so many times to clear this up and no one calls back to handle this matter. I have no choice but to reach out to the BBB to help me. Thank you in advance for your help.
