**** ******** LLC they changed my rent and never told me no notices. No eviction notices my rent got backed up $3600. They told me it wasn’t my fault and that it was an error on their end and not to worry about it. They told me they would have the balance removed. I moved April 5, 2024 A couple weeks after I moved creditor called me telling me that I owe **** ******** $3600. They never actually remove the balance they put it on my credit. I don’t have bad credit but now I will because of the lies they were telling me I am neurodivergent and people can tell and take advantage of me sometimes, but not with this this is not my fault I was told on multiple occasions that the balance will be taken care of and it wasn’t there is a lot more to it if anyone could call me I can explain more over the phone, but this was just a summit upInitial Complaint

I have lived here for the last three years mainly because of Covid, and the rent price is going up this year. I decided to move with the housing market the way it is. I was only able to find a place a month before my lease. I contacted the property manager and asked politely that I would like to terminate my lease early to see if we could work things out civil instead; I've been met with resistance, accused of harassing them from asking simple questions and not receiving answers the meantime I watch the current residence break the lease constantly garbage is everywhere the whole second floor smells like an ashtray the people below me scream all the time the place is disgusting. Now I have to hire an attorney. Not to mention my back windshield been busted out of my car the first year I was here; just a few months ago, my neighbor got his car hit in the parking lot along with the person parking next to him, and they never caught the person who did it they also operate the only laundry mat in the area, so all the bums and homeless people come here to wash their clothes it's a sad state of affairs they've been in my apartment multiple times accusing me of having water leaks but never finding them the person below me got flooded. When they hired the air conditioner contractor, they never pulled a permit to replace my air conditioner. The guy making let the Freon out. He never re-captured it, which is illegal. I'll be reaching out to the **** They own multiple properties, so beware of anything owned by radiant. I'm also being harassed by an unknown person who claims to be the Property Manager's boss but will not identify themselves through email. I know I'm missing a ton of other stuff. There's also the guy that washes dishes in a wife's beater with the garden hose in the front lawn. It's pretty ridiculous living here. What I want to have my coffee to maybe you do to all of us could be yours; I also reviewed the management company separately. Look at the pictures. Who wanInitial Complaint

We were Hired to provide security at one of their properties in ********** ****. We services there location for 4 days, (Thursday to Sunday) with the understanding to plan out the rest of the schedule the following Monday. Monday came and the property manager ignored all communication since then (approximately a month now). I am not sure if there was an issue with service or what due to lack of communication.Initial Complaint

I'm reaching out on behalf of a family member whom resides at this property & upon my recent visit I was appalled by the ***** ****************************************************** not doing anything to resolve the matter , 2) The tenants are being told they must pay 75 dollars for parking , why? When this is hud housing , & with the hard rock casino next door ,they take all the parking spots that are clearly marked for the tenants of Radiant property management, so when that happens those that are disabled & elderly must park two or three blocks away , making it very dangerous for them to be attacked ,robbed, or killed, so please assist me on how to approach this serious delimma at hand with Radiant Property Management.
