      We have always gotten home delivery of our newspaper in the past with NO PROBLEM for years. Now, all of a sudden we do not get our newspaper. Some weeks its not at all , some weeks its 1-2 papers a week. We havent seen the Sunday paper in 4 weeks now. This has been going on for months. We constantly call and get some off shore customer service that we cant understand telling us they will fix it and they never do. I have asked to cancel numerous times , to no avail, they just keep pushing my subscription out with credits, which makes no sense if I never get the paper. THIS IS HOME DELIVERY OF A NEWSPAPER NOT ROCKET SCIENCE . This is absolutely ridiculous and fraudulent. If they are perpetrating this fraud upon me, they are doing it to my neighbors as well, some of who are elderly. This needs to be resolved immediately.

      we paid in march 2022 for a years subscription for home delivery the paper is never delived i have called customer service many times they say they are working on it it does nothing i have asked them for a refund due to their inability to deliver my paper have not seen a refund! this is ridiculous please help ****

      We are paying for a full year's subscription for this paper. For the past several months we have not had a week go by without several missing papers (not delivered). Once in a while the missing paper would be delivered the next day (not acceptable). So far this week, no paper yesterday or today. We've contacted the paper many times (each time there was no delivery). The only response we get is that they are working on the problem; no explanation why there is no delivery or when the problem may be corrected. We have to drive 5 miles and pay to get the missing paper. We want the paper delivered! We also want a refund (not credit) for the missing issues.
