      I have had the pleasure of working with Jager Landscaping for over 12 years. I think they are one of the finest landscaping companies in the area for several reasons: high quality, attention to detail, responsive anytime I called them and I like that they have had the same staff for all the years we worked with them. I highly recommend them!

      am beyond disappointed. from May until today 9/16 I have spent over $7000 on this "service". today was the first time that I reached out to the owner *****. my husband has called 3 times prior to question what exactly weekly service means. everything was overgrown twice now. I get changed almost $1800 when they come to butcher trim the shrubs. when I called today I was called a pain in the a** customer.. I've called once. I was also told that he didn't give a "F" what I pay, trimming is not in my contract.. I pay between $500-$600 a month for maintenance. I don't have a large property. Their maintenance is mowing the front lawn, and blowing out leaves poorly. I called today finally after their team was here for not even 10 min. I wanted to see how we could rectify the situation. I was cursed at a lot, for a while. I never raised my voice. actually I think I handled the very abusive attack from *****, the owner pretty well inspite of starting to shake, and just crying as I got off the phone in shock that someone could speak to anyone else that way.. no less a customer who has only called once to say I'm dissatisfied with the service. very long story short please save your money, and self respect. if you're looking for mowing, and leaf blowing hire a high school kid. they'll treat you, and your property with a lot more respect I'm terrified to see what they're going to charge me now that I've canceled my "service"

      We have been in business for over 50 years. This customer is one of the most unreasonable that we have ever met. The customers husband came out weekly and reviewed with the crew what he wanted done. The crew completed the work as he instructed. In addition, he would email me numerous times a month. The following week the crew would take care of the work he outlined in the emails, whether or not the items were included in his contract. In spite of this he was still not happy and accused us of not doing the job properly. The bushes in the yard were trimmed once during the summer as the contract specified. The business owner inspected the work himself and found the work to be done correctly. The problem is that they have very tall ornamental grasses in very narrow gardens on either side of their walkways. The heavy rain or wind would knock them down and they would hang over the walks. When they brought the matter to our attention, we took care of it even though this service was not included in their contract. The leaves that the customer is referring to were 4 or 5 leaves behind the pool equipment which were not visible from the patio. Our weekly mowing consisted of mowing the front lawn and maintaining all the gardens front and back, there was no lawn in the back. Far from being the innocent victim, the customer and her husband were the ones attacking the reputation of the owner and the business. There was just no way to make them happy in spite of our best efforts. The owner is a 70-year-old man that has been running the business for over 50 years. He was very shaken by how he was treated by the above customer and her husband.

      I am disappointed in the response. I am so glad this awful experience is behind me. My lawn is finally looking better after I terminated our contract. I have no desire to continue rehashing what I went through, and the truly awful way I was treated, and spoken to. 2 things I am going to bring up. My husband reached out to your service a total of 3 times about overgrowth on the property. Maintenance of the property does intact include weeding, and edging according to our contract. That is what I signed for, billed for, and paid for, but it was never done so we questioned it. I have never written a negative review before. I dont understand your companys customer service policy, but everyone runs their business differently I suppose.
