Worst experience with a pool company. Horrible service. paid in full for the season.pool opened in may, still not cleaned properly. customer service horrible. you call, and unless you keep calling you do not get a response.algae still in pool. they come every week, and no change. water cloudy. called them, they said we needed additional shock treatment, even though they come weekly. they charged additional money. Today is july 11th, season is short, pool still not ********. went into the marlboro location on monday and was rudely thrown out by the owner. read other reviews before hiring this company. stay away at all costs

This is by far the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I contracted with them to replace our liner. They said it typically takes about three weeks to complete. It took them two months to complete what amounts to about four hours worth of work. After quoting a price and making a point to say they weren't thieves they tacked on an additional ****** dollars in bogus fees. This was a simple 18 by 36 pool with no stairs and only one skimmer and one return. The guys that actually installed the liner said they don't get any easier. I advise everyone to steer clear of this company!!!Review from Jose R

Horrible service. Paid $900 to open and close the pool. Didnt even say bye when the opened it or asked me if I needed anything else. They didnt even clean the pool or ask me if I wanted anything additional with cleaning. Even my landscaping company said they were rude as h*** They Just left the pool cover in a bag in the middle of the pool area. Not even a week later I see that my pool is losing water and there is a leak by the pump. They had to have known it was leaking before they left and did nothing. Ive owned a pool for years in my other House and was excited to try this company since we moved to Marlboro. Im disgusted by not only their s***** service but with their lack of compassion or attempt to resolve anything. No follow up since my first complaint.Did nothing to try and fix the first issue we had with them and I was gonna let it go. This place *****. Dont use them.
