I purchased an HP printer from *******. I contacted HP Hewlett. When the printer ran out of ink. HP immediately set me up on an *********** plan. They told me they were going to ne sending me a new laser printer. What happened after this was unimaginable as they printer they sent malfunctioned which led to a replacement of 3- 4 printers that all malfunctioned. When I stated I wanted to cancel they sent me a $289 bill. Which I refused to pay. When I asked them why I got treated like this and why the service was so bad. They stated that they did not like me. Like ne or not HP is supposed to be a professional company dedicated to the happiness of their paying customers. I would not ever do ********************** with HP again.Initial Complaint

{purchased TS-3522 Canon printer from this company some time ago. Since then I have brought many cartridges since I am a small business printing reports for clients. I either print it out or e-mail it as an attachment. The issue is my warranty. They are claiming I bought the printer in 2021 and my warranty has expired. I said this might have been a problem but I am willing to pay for tech support. I was given a number for tech support which did not answer and has not returned my call in 3 days or more I have been forced to go to public libraries to get my work done which is very annoying and print out in black and white when I have color cartridges I just brought. They (canon representatives) are pressing me to purchase another printer which I do not want to do until I troubleshoot this one. Help!
