*************************, owner of Studio Uno Photography has scammed 40+ (and more) couples out of not only money but memories as well. Studio Uno was originally opened in the ****s by his father and was later passed down to his son ****. My wedding was 9/9/22, I paid almost 8k in charges for pictures, videos, albums, cards, etc. and have only received my pictures back. **** has completely stopped responding to myself and will not give us what we paid for. After investigating on my own, it came out that there are couples in 2019-present day who are in the same boat. **** takes the money, attends the weddings & does his job, then goes *** on the couples and does not give them the product they paid for. Not only is it his customers who are receiving nothing, but the vendors he uses (videographers, etc.) are not getting paid for their time and work either. On top of that, he is still actively working with couples for 2023 and **** where he will do this over and over again. **** is the definition of a scam artist and this needs to be stopped. This has been going on for years and years with no punishment. This is a disgrace that people pay this man thousands of dollars only to see no results in the end. He is manipulative and taking advantage of couples getting married. To add on top, venues in the ** area have completely removed him from their vendor list for couples to use. This is a disgusting cycle that unfortunately has just come to light. Please help me in spreading the word and shutting his business down. He is robbing people of their money only to give them NOTHING back. He has completely shut down his phone lines, his business website and his email. He refuses to call me or contact me back. Hi, my name is ********* and I used Studio Uno Photography for my wedding April 23, 2023. I gave them a deposit and I gave the final payment a month before my wedding. I asked for a photographer **** who is the owner who is also in front of the family and he used a freelancer videographer and another videographer and photographer for the day. I also purchased a photo album from him and a 20 x 30 canvas portrait. However, it has taken him or **** who is the secretary among to receive my footage is from the videographer after I got married. as well as my pictures in the **** I finally got my pictures however, I never got my videos nor my albums nor my edited videos come to find out **** has flaked. He has closed the studio. **** has left prior to them closing knowing that this was all going down. I am not the only bride that he has done this too and he is still booking weddings, even though the studio is closed
