      This company is an ambulance service. My husband was sent to a hospital from a rehab facility for treatment because he was having chest pain. The hospital called me when he was found to be ok, and said he was to be sent back to the rehab center, but I had to pay ****** to the transportation company first. I spoke to the Company in question, gave my credit card information, and received a bill for ******. I called and was told my card didnt go through, and told them just to charge me the quoted ******. My bank statement showed ****** dollars. I called and they told me I was charged that for not getting back to them after they said they called me several times. It is a total scam.

      To Whom IT May ****************************** are a medical transportation company.  On April 24, 2024, we were asked by *************** to transport Mr. ******************************* from *************** to ********* Nursing Home by wheelchair.  We contacted ************************* to get credit card information for the charge and told her the charge would be $100 for the transport.  When we tried to make the charge, it did not go through and it was declined.  We then made repeated attempts to contact ************************* to get the correct information on the credit card.  ************************* never answered the phone and ignored our repeated voice messages to please call us back.  After one week of failed attempts to get the payment information, we referred to this to our ******.  At that point, we were compelled to charge at a higher rate because instead of taking care of this in-house, we had to get a third party involved to collect the money and that third party (billing company) charges us for their services.  That is why the carge was higher.    Had ************************ answered any of our calls or returned our messages, this would have been avoided.
