On March 6th at 2:30ish, I contacted AAA for roadside assistance. I got a flat tire on interstate 94 Eastbound. I pulled over to the shoulder. At 2:50 am I contacted them again. The agent said someone will be there t 3:05 am. I called AAA again she said they had the wrong location. I told her I put the location on 94 E and Outer Drive. At 4:00 am no one still has not came. I called AAA again the agent said help was in route. Now it's 5:00 am no AAA. It's raining and I'm still stuck on the highway. I ended up calling a friend to come change my tire. At 5:30, the driver called and said he got lost and was stuck in *********. Three hours later. I paid up front for a service. This did not happen. Anything could have happen on the freeway. I'm a woman who was by myself for three hours. This is not how customers suppose to be treated and handled. What good in having this service. I'm very upset and disappointed at AAA.Business response

We booked an anniversary vacation through AAA of ********** in July. We had used them previously. We had several problems upon arrival at the resort and contacted our AAA agent. When we returned to the **, we reached out to our agent to file a formal complaint, AAA used a vendor called Travel Impressions to book our trip. The only thing AAA provided us with was a letter from the Resort saying, they were sorry. Although we realized with the pandemic and contacting the resort in another country, it would take some time to resolve, we never imagined AAA would simply wash their hands of it and offer no resolution. This was a lot of money for us and to have the trip ruined and is not acceptable and to furthermore be ignored is unimaginable! After weeks of working with our agent, I stopped by to have service done on my car and figured I would speak to her then and get an update. She kept emailing back when I sent a request for an update that it takes time because its out of the country.I waited for my car over 2 hours and the receptionist told me Shes still busy. I finally left and she never reached out to me after that visit. I then called the number on the back of the AAA travel book that we receive in the mail and left a message with an office manager that took my name and number and assured me someone would get back to me. No calls-no response in any way. We would like AAA and Travel Impressions to come together and make this right!
