When contracted to purchase financing through this company, I was no made aware of certain business practices by the 3rd party finance company. Specifically that the finance company has a no credit or debit card option for payment. I would have chosen differently had I known this. Secondly, when management was asked to give me a call, there was no response. Finally after repeated calls, I spoke to the complaint manager who was apologetic but offered no relief or resolution.Business response

******* the *********** Manager in the office spoke to ******* and he was disappointed that he did not receive any green-sky information or an email of his invoice of the work that was done at the time of service. I offered to send him information, he said ******* in our accounting office already sent it to him. He asked about our policy if you don't show up on time you don't pay a dime. I informed him that is OH's policy and BF gives money off per every minute that we are late. I informed him, we were on-time for both appointments. He had nothing else to say at this time. I am not sure what he is looking for, I addressed his concern and informed him I would bring it to the supervisors attention, to have the plumber be more informative of the financing policy is a 3rd party.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The action taken by the business is after the fact and does me no good as the contract has been signed and the work has been done. I should have been notified about the third partys financing practices before I committed to the sale. Now I am roped into an arrangement that I would not have agreed to had I known these practices in advance.
I expect compensation from the business in the form of the monetary equivalent of 2 months payments to the third party.($327.40)
