I had this company come to do an Epoxy Coating on my patio. They never mentioned that the minor cracks in the cement would show after the procedure, in fact the explained that the process would repair and prevent the cracks from getting bigger or being noticed.After a few months I called the company and they came out but said that we should wait until later this year to see if the cracks got worse and I told them that they are years old and have not gotten worse due to the expansion sections around the entire patio.Now the owner says he couldnt guarantee the job but I told him he shouldnt have done it and charged me over twenty five hundred dollars. Its two weeks and he has not called back.Business response

We do not cover cracks in cement in our warranty. We warranty chipping and peeling. *** reached out several times and willing to go above and beyond to repair at no cost even though it's not covered as stated in statement #5 under warranty in the contract which the customer received.

I have asked numerous times for a list of products used on my project but have been refused
I will accept an agreement once I have a list of products.
