We are a high-end home builder in *******. Our customer was misinformed by a salesperson who was there for I think less than one year as to thickness of porcelain slabs we were installing on the floor of a master bathroom in their $3.5MM home. We went back prior to installation to confirm the salespersons comments were correct. It was confirmed a second time by the customer speaking to the salesperson.We installed the product per specs and then went back after having an issue with the product. The salesperson was gone............ After speaking with ***, the new manager who stated we could not install the 1/4" slabs on the floor, they had to be 1/2", corporate said they would pay for all of our labor and material. We ripped out all of the material. Ordered a new NU heat mat which cost us a few thousand. We purchased slabs and tile from a new manufacturer because Porcelanosa could not get us what we wanted in time. Also the pattern we ordered for the master floor was defective on the last tile installed and the veins were off by about 2" on one side. They admitted this was a defect in manufacturing.After telling us they would reimburse us in full for material and labor they then said they would not. *********************, ***************************** wouldn't even have a conference call with us. They will give us a credit for the material that was defective, credit for the material we didn't use, but will not live up to what they said they would with regard to the labor to demo, Nu Heat floor etc.Integrity reigns above all. Make sure you purchase material from people who will stand behind their products and salespeople.

I purchased a glass shower panel and door from them. I was told that Porcelanosa does not install them selves but they have a list of installers familiar with their product. They gave me a list. But I could not find anyone to install it. The list of installers I got from *********** Porcelanosa was outdated and all installers were either not willing to do the job at all -ever- or out-of-business. The customer service was no help at all after that. I was informed by them that returns are at my own transport cost with a hefty restocking charge, I finally found a tile company to attempt to do the work but it was improperly installed and not level. I appealed to Porcelanosa Corporate and they gave me a contact for a former employee who might be willing to do the work. I made contact and set a date and price. He is a no show. What horrible service. I need my shower panel and door installed properly.
