      Untrustworthy Incompetent technicians Promises not keep Made us call out several times for scheduled dates but, company could not fulfill. We lost good amount of hours from work.Samsung/Service Quick appliance repair untrustworthy!!!Fire all of them!0 stars!

      The worst customer service department purchased a tablet, stopped working after 3 weeks. Under warranty sent back to Samsung (PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS). They received the product 10/28/2024. Told me the tablet could not be repaired. Asked for an exchange.....oh we don't have any. Really why not. I called every day and spoke to someone different each day and was told a different excuse every day. Asked for a refund since it could not be repaired under warranty. Yeah that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Of course I got another excuse today. We have to wait for acknowledgement that the tablet is here. *** people. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM SANSUNG AND THEY DON'T ANY STARS, BUT I COULDN'T POST THIS UNLESS I DID....THAT'S NOT FAIR

      Defective phones from day one and they do not help to resolve issues. They actually try to charge you again and ask you to give them your phone to mail off for a technician to look at. Brand new shouldn't inconvenience me. I do not like dealing with Samsung at all!

      My Samsung bespoke fridge water pitcher is growing mold inside of the handle. This is not an area that can be cleaned. It is a result of faulty plastic and water leaking in and unable to dry. This pitcher was only used for 2 months. I contacted customer service and they refused to help, despite the health/safety concern. I will be filing with the ********************.

      I will never purchase another Samsung product, ever again. We purchased some new cell phones, and decided to return them. Samsung gave us a prepaid label to send them back, and ***** lost the packages. Samsung tells me that I need to contact ***** to file a lost package claim, but ***** tells me that I can't because I didn't pay and/or authorize the shipment, Samsung did. I tell Samsung that they need to reach out to ***** since they prepaid for the labels, and they refuse to do it. Samsung refuses to credit me back, because they haven't received the phones, and that's because it was lost in shipment, but they won't listen. So long story short, I don't have any products in my hand, I'm out 2500, and Samsung could care less. I'm going to have to pursue some sort of legal action now, but I've never experienced this from a company before. I can promise this, there will never be a Samsung phone, appliance, vacuum, or anything else in my home ever again.

      The process to get a refund for a defected refrigerator was so horrible. It took over 2 months that I am still without a refrigerator. The representatives that I spoke with were very uncoordinated everyone had a different response. I requested an exchange but they didnt have it in stock and then I was offered one refund amount then they came back days later with a different amount (less) and I accepted it under stress of not having a refrigerator for over two months. This was the worst experience ever. EVERYTHING about the experience was VERY unprofessional.

      After purchasing a Samsung product with an extended warranty, I encountered a defect and immediately submitted a warranty claim. Samsung initially accepted my claim and assured me that they would resolve the issue, leading me to believe that the company stood by its warranty promises. However, after weeks of back-and-forth communication, Samsung shockingly reversed their decision and denied my warranty coverage, despite the initial acceptance of my claim.This about-face left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I relied on their word and expected a trusted company like Samsung to fulfill its warranty obligations. Instead, Samsung wasted my time and prolonged the issue by first promising support, only to deny coverage with little explanation and zero accountability. Their representatives provided inconsistent information, and it became nearly impossible to get straight answers from customer service, resulting in wasted time, energy, and an unresolved product issue.This behavior is not only unethical but also misleading to customers who put their trust in **********************. I strongly urge the BBB to review Samsungs practices and hold them accountable for their deceptive handling of warranties. Consumers deserve transparency and reliability, neither of which Samsung has shown.

      I am a physician, not trying to scam anyone.I purchased a new Samsung phone online, agreeing to trade in my old phone. Just before placing my old phone in the return box, I turned it on to make certain I had wiped out previous data. 2 weeks later they contacted me and reported that my phone wouldn't start and they would be charging the $400 trade in value. I have no recourse. This is a scam. The phone worked perfectly until it left my possession.

      We purchased a Samsung slide in electric range 3 years ago- Model NE58F9500SS/AA, that has been recalled due to fire hazard concerns. We received the **** approved range k*** covers from Samsung and they are unacceptable. Because of the cover design, is impossible to actually view the setting of k*** and now (after 2 months of use) covers are falling off the range. This was an expensive range - purchased because of its' style. The covers are ugly and make the use of k**** difficult. Samsung claims that they cannot offer any other solution because the covers they provided were approved by the ****. This is unacceptable.
