      If there's a 0 star I would have put that. They called me being my 18th year with them for an *********** Friday . I tried to cancel Tuesday, she said I have to pay for cancellation which is the price of the service $300, she said she's giving me a discount % off for $129, I said I'm not cancelling I'm just moving it some other day that's convenient with my schedule, because I have a doctor's *********** that day. Like the other people that review this business, she is very rude and, said she has people she pays to come on that day. But it's always only the owner/ husband do the job by himself. With regards to the job, he used to change the duct clean the wall and change the metal holder. Not anymore he only spend maybe 20mins that's it! In my personal experience never book with these company.

      NO Idea who this person is. We have not been in business for 18 years. We don't work Fridays and what she claims we do is not part of our service. Not sure what this persons problem is and obviously she has the wrong company and made all this c*** up.

      This is a horrible business practice with lack of conflict resolution culture. I have a decade of loyalty with **********'s LLC for dryer vent cleaning. It is a requirement of *********** association. This year, when I scheduled my appointment I felt slightly coerced into a time that fit their schedule "when we will be in your neighborhood" to hammer out several appointments in a row. Makes sense, but of course, not accommodating and only offering me one single option of day/time. 26 hours prior to my appointment I had a personal matter come up and I needed reschedule. When I spoke to the representative on the phone to request a change she immediately became escalated in voice ***************** asserted that I would be charged a service fee for changing the appointment (a penalty not previously discussed) and then insisted that her service worker would be "waiting needlessly in his truck if you don't keep this appointment". I didn't get to speak before she started questioning me about my personal issue that was precluding me from keeping the appointment. She insisted remembering when I started work from our original call; This felt strange. She did not afford me the opportunity to reschedule, but rather, only wanted to know my personal reason as to why I was needed to reschedule and how I could change my personal matter to keep the original time. The woman was extremely scolding and demanding in her tone. In feeling reprimanded I hastily hung up indicating that I didn't need to explain my personal matter to her. 30 minutes or so later, I actually called to apologize for hanging up as this is not in character for me. Someone else answered the phone and I explained the situation, that I was calling to apologize for hanging up and to discuss the circumstance. The new woman, who refused to introduce herself indicated that she was in the room during the call and insisted that I was rude and then she hung up on me, with no effort to resolve the matter.

      Very rude, unprofessional and opportunistic. They are after your money and not the service. Has serviced my newly bought unit for year but as soon as they saw a new owner, they claimed all the system is broken and never installed properly. When I asked why and what is wrong now after many years of prior service, serviceman asked another 700$ to tell me what is wrong and how they will fix it. Never will use and recommend this company to anyone

      First let me say that many details of the service call are missing. We conduct inspections and cleanings of dryer vent systems for townhome developments as a requirement for safety. My company has serviced this community for over fifteen years. This homeowner was NOT at the home for the inspection. The tenant there spoke NO english. I tried to explain to the homeowner that we discovered that the system has practically no are flow to the outside and upon further inspections discovered that substandard venting material discovered behind a wall in a make shift living area in the basement was a fire hazard and should be corrected. The *** typically makes makes homeowners correct the code violations and I offered to help him and explained the process over the phone. The homeowner only wanted to argue and after several conversation and and text messages over a five hour period I decided that servicing this customer was too difficult and I told him to seek another contractor to help him with his problem. He became very angry and threatened to hurt my company any way he could. He then called my office and was abusive and threatening to my office staff as well. The inspection cost was $100 and took about 45 minutes to complete. I have pictures for documentation because that is necessary for insurance purposes. I am CERTIFIED in my trade and highly respected in in industry by township officials, real estate agents and fire companies for my work. These type of customers are a huge liability and cost me more money than I can make. He is angered because I FIRED him. My company now has well over three hours of man hours involved in a $100 service charge.
