      Made a purchase on 1/15/22 for (4) four shocks. Order #OS397379. Order was received timely and with no issues, upon receipt of product I realized immediately I had made a mistake and had to send back. Following all proper procedures I sent back, they signed off having received the items and I have not been refunded. Their policy is **** business days, the 10th business day was February 10, 2022. Emails sent with generic responses and no results. Phone calls do not get answered

      I order 12 quarts of transmission fluid on 1/4/22. When the order was dropped off i was not home it was I think 2-3 days before i got home as I travel for my business. When i got home fluid was all over my porch and it had been there for awhile considering the fluid was covered in dust and soaked into the rock. When i seen that I contacted their customer service the next day. When they had asked for photos of the box. I was so disgusted i had thrown the box away. Now i have ordered a lot of fluid online for example when i order gallon jugs from ******* they take each jug and put them in plastic so if the fluid is to spill the plastic bag catches it and it doesn't create a big mess. The fluid i ordered was $160 and out of the 12 quarts 2 remained intact and the rest was 1/2 to 3/4 spilled out. Witch i have to say caused one h*** of a mess on my front porch and a big hazard if i was not to see it and slipped and fell (thank god i did not). Now it has been a couple weeks since i first contacted them to either get a refund or just have the fluid replaced, i just would like something done but every time i contact them there is an excuse why it either didn't happen or how they haven't been able to get ahold of the shipping company about a claim. I just would like this to be resolved and this company to make this right, at the very least worn others not to buy fluids from this company if they arent able to package the products they send out correctly.
