I have been a loyal customer for 8 years. I only waxed my eyebrows with the *** because I trusted the products, the workers and I loved the environment. In the past 8 years, the waxers I was comfortable with would leave and I would always feel a bit weary of finding a new waxer but knew I would trust the center. I went and was waxed by other workers who would be honest and say the new employees had no proper training. All of the employees who I trusted and were trained are no longer in the center. I refuse to return. I decided to open up and contact corporate, the corporate message on the phone says to go to the website and fill out a form, which I did. This was completed 2 weeks ago. The form states someone will contact within 2-3 business day. No response. Then I called the center left a message for a manager to call back. No response. Called again they told me she was sick and would call tomorrow.No response again I left a review of my honest experience and sent an email for someone to call me. No response again.I purchased 2 passes and paid in full. I want to be reimbursed for what I have remaining. Everytime I ask for the policy they make up new information NONE of which is in the signed contract I signed. They are not allowing anyone to cancel memberships or be reimbursed. My next step is contacting my lawyer. This is horrendous.
