Purchased flawless salon nails at Wal-Mart and used 3 times and just quit. Recharged and still want work. Didn't keep receipt because it also had groceries on it and I destroy grocery receipts, because they have last 4 numbers of my debit card on it, so I destroy all receipts unless the receipt is for a large dollar item of which I black out the last 4 digits. When I purchased, I expected it to work for at least a year. The light on motor end still lights up, but motor want work, the charging light goes out immediately if I try to charge which tells me the motor has just quit. Was planning to buy other items by same name, but now want buy anything of theirs. A 30 day warranty is ridiculous because it was more than 30 days before I actually used it. Their were other items I was going to buy, but that's out of the question now. Quitting after using 3 times tells me the motors have serious usefull life problems. The price listed below is a approximate price because I just don't remember. Never thought I would have to remember price paid because I thought it would last as long as an item would last for price paid. Not 3 times. This is utterly ridiculous.Business response

Microtouch stopped working! I purchased this item from Amazon back in August and I didn't know that the warranty was for 30 day's only. I have spoken to Idea village a couple of times and they want me to screen shot my receipts for the purchased I do know how to do that!Business response

Ordered copperfit socks November 27....checked tracking number for several days which said item has not been picked up by carrier....spoke to representative on December 8 who said she would send another order out if not received by December 9....called today, December 9th only to be told that the items will be delivered on December 20...."IT JUST TAKES THAT LONG". I purchased a Copper Fit ************************* recently. Wanted to wash pillow cover before using. The zipper on cover would only unzip half way down making it very difficult to remove pillow from cover. I washed cover by instructions on *************** & dried on Delicate Cycle. The cover shrank to half the size & with a zipper not length of cover it is impossible to put on pillow. I tried calling ph number listed on website & no one answers. Called again used a different prompt was able to leave message. No return call. I would like a new replacement pillow cover & would be glad to send back the cover I have. I ordered compression socks from this company on 7/6/2022 order number ****************** confirmation number ********. Have contacted company about lousy service, taking forever to get product. I received one response from them not the response I was looking for. They lie dont answer repeated emails the same with the delivery service they use DHL. I dont want there product they should be put out of business from the reviews I have now seen, I want money returned to my card and if and when product ever shows up I will return it to them. Very sad to do business this way repeatedly and get away with it.Business response
