Did everything that they promised. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them highly.The only negative thing is that they dont do smaller jobs like a general contractor would.But what they do is greatReview from Susan M

I would like to I am very pleased with Emmons. I had the pleasure of working with **** and his team that worked on my roof and shutters. **** and his team worked between the rain while doing my roof. This team did an amazing job. **** was right there answering my questions. **** came back the next day to install my shutters with his colleague. Again they did an outstanding job I truly love my new look on my house. I recommend them. Also, they made the front cover of House and Home. Three years ago, Emmons did a great job of repairing and replacing a portion of our roof. Impressive work and reasonable priced. Now, June 2024, we are asking Emmons to come and do the rest of our roof! *********************** gave us a great price and our family looks forward again to working with Emmons. Emmons Roofing replaced our roof on 10/27/2023 in one day. Very efficiently they prepped, stripped and replaced both the wood and asphalt shingles. Gutters were reinstalled, and the landscape was left as clean and well manicured as it was found.**************/manager, ****, was competent, attentive and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.Highly recommend them for roofing services.Thank you very muchReview from Kevin S

Very satisfied with Emmons. We needed a roof replaced. They gave us a reasonable estimate, used quality materials, and handled the job very professionally. They did not suggest more extensive work that was unneccessary like another company did. They also fixed a piece of siding at no extra cost. We felt that we received a quality product at a reasonable price. We've already made recommendations for their services.Review from Sue S

We just had Emmons replace our roof and gutters. What could have been a great experience was ruined by poor communication and horrible customer service. We had multiple issues throughout the job and after that were completely ignored. We were then sent a final bill with no one addressing our previous concerns or walking the job with us to see if we were satisfied. The bill also had additional costs for plywood that we were never told were needed to be replaced or shown the rotted boards. When I questioned them about it they said they would look for pictures but never sent me any to prove the boards needed replacing. They avoided conflict by calling my husband for payment instead of calling me back as I requested. Just a shady experience and I would not recommend them.Review from MARIA G

We had our roof and doors done with this company. My husband and I were not aware that there was a balance on our account, we thought that everything was financed. On February 27, my husband got a threatening text stating that if the balance is not paid by today, they will put a lien on our house. We never receive an email, mail or a phone call. They keep on calling the house phone and said that they leave messages after messages. That phone has been block so I don't know how can they leave a message. We had no problem paying the balance if we would have known. In fact my husband paid it right away with no hesitation. If the bank trusted us with a big a big amount of financing the job, do you think that we are going to turn our back on a balance of $1800? There's no need to threaten people. **************** is poor and I will never recommend them with friends and family. My husband likes to listen radio and this is how he found out about this company on **** wpht, the ******************* show.
