Hired ****** Pool in 2018 to do a custom in-ground pool with waterfall build. Speed up to May 2022, and the entire perimeter and waterfall area is deteriorating. The coping and grout are literally flaking, chipping, seperating and entire coping pieces are falling out of the waterfall. ****** Pool has opened/closed and maintained my pool since it was built and this season when the cover was removed the technician brought it to my attention the issue with coping/ grout and said, this was not normal. Since I opened it on 5/16/22, I have called ****** numerous times and left several voicemails. If I do get the opportunity to speak with someone, I am told they are extremely "busy and backed up". Now, we are into July and still no one has scheduled to come out and ***** the situation. I want to know why after 4 years grout and coping is deteriorating, which is something you would expect to see 15-20yrs. Please help me to rectify this issue as I spent $83k on this build. I want ****** to make good on their shoddy workmanship and correct this before it becomes a hazard or the pool is deemed unsafe to use.
