the man *** who runs this company is a crazy man. He is a bully and badgered me over a returned that he said he never received. That I sent and paid for when he should have sent a return label as he sent the wrong product that I ordered. The harassment continue and became personal. He even went so far as to write reviews stating that I stole the product that he sent by mistake!. This man *** is a total nut case. He wrote review at my job site , and even where I buy livestock feed in my home town. He went way to far with the harassment and calling me a lier and a thief. Never ever would I buy anything or have anything to do with this company or person ever again. This was totally out of line.

**************** has merchandise that belongs to us that she has not paid for.  It's funny that she is complaining about us since she is the one trying to keep merchandise that she didn't pay for.  I have contacted her no less than 20 times and she will not return the product.  I will keep trying until she returns the product or pays for it.

The scale I purchased worked fine for 6 months. Then I got an Error6 on the display. There is no information about error codes in the user manual that I received with the product. I looked at the wiring and found a broken wire. I called A & A Scales to discuss how to fix or get a replacement cable. I left a message and when no one returned my call, I called again the next day. The person I spoke with (Jay) told me to just solder the wires to the plug. I told him that have no experience with soldering and no tools to do so. He told me to find someone to do it! A new cable would also require soldering. Jay was quite obstinate and hung up on me. I found someone to solder the wires and still had a problem, so I called again and left a voice message. Again, no return call. The next morning, I called and Jay answered but would not assist me and told me to not call again! I have left several messages with no return call. I also provided my email address so that Jay could provide support without having to speak to me. I've also left a message on the contact page on the company website. I've received no contact at all. I was able to make some progress by watching a UTube video however I still have an Error6, with a different message than the last time. All I want is to have someone tell me how to resolve the error and be able to use the product that cost $300.

The seller will not return products that are defective. The product I received will not power up (some box damage when delivered), and the seller insist that I have incorrectly assembled it. This product is really simple to plug into an outlet, so not sure how it could not be assembled wrong. If you do still choose to purchase this product, my recommendations would be to try build a platform to attach the feet too prior to receiving it so the unit can be tested as soon as it is received. The unit I purchased was delivered on 8/22/22 could not be tested until 10/2/22. Due to amount of time I spent retrieving materials , designing a platform and then building the platform to attach everything to. So there was about 42 days I had the product before reporting the issue. Amazon shared with me the seller will only allow 30 days for the product to be tested and it must be communicated back to them before the 30day deadline. Amazon will not honor the A to Z warranty on products sold by third party sellers if the seller choose not to warranty products that are defective. Amazon will only call the seller and request them to return or replace the product. So there is chance you might be out the money for the purchase if the seller refuses to address defective product concerns, plus you have a lot of time building the platform for a product that doesn’t work. The seller’s customer service team was rude and unwilling to cooperate with me. The product cost with shipping 267.10.

I ordered a digital display for a scale from A and A Scales, Then received a notice from Pay Pal informing me a scale was being shipped. I have no Pay Pall account. I immediately emailed A and A Scales on the form provided on their web site informing them that I only ordered a display and not a scale. I received no response. I sent two more emails with no response. Finally sent to a different email other than the one on their website and was told that I would have to pay $120 shipping costs to return their scale. Why do I have to pay shipping costs because of an error on their part? They're saying I placed the order for a scale when in fact, I placed an order for a part. The digital display.
