I was lead to believe I was purchasing a high quality ******** Home, the 32x48 home was $135,000. When the home was first delivered, I was met by one individual who clearly came unprepared to have the home properly delivered to my lot. The two sections were parked near dumpsters at an intersection that has lots of traffic. I slept in my vehicle near the two section to prevent any vandalism. The crew that was sent to setup the house did not properly install the shingles which has been reported to company. The shingles still have not been corrected and we have had heavy rain the past few days. All the exterior doors and windows are not insulated and not caulked. I have already received water damaged at the sliding door. There are several items (back exterior door, bathroom tile, cabinets, trim, upgraded insulation, to list a few) that were ordered and were not delivered correctly. I have contacted the dealership numerous times, sent list of issues and pictures. I have already incurred cost to repair some of the issues. I feel my issues are falling on deaf ears. I have an elderly parent that lives with me and this is causing undo stress. I need resolution to all my issues.Business response

responding to customers statement when her home was first delivered to her a day early, and the factory drivers are not allowed to put it on her lot. So we sent our set up guy *** ******* ,he dropped what he was doing and went to her place and set the house on her lot the best he could and the day he went back to finish putting on the lot and set it up. The next the house was blocked and leveled and put on the roof cap shingles which are a different color than the rest of the roof so we put them on there to prevent it from leaking. we told the customer that when the factory send the correct color of shingles we would go back and put them on. All the exterior and windows were installed properly by the factory. We tun over all the customer complaints regarding her cabinets trim ect. to the factory. it is only been 3 weeks that we delivered this house and were waiting for the factory to respond as to when they can send their guys out there and we have relayed this information to the customer Mrs. ****** We will keep her posted when the factory responds to her issues.

Since August of 2020, we have been in the process of purchasing a new manufactured home. We then went through a prolonged loan processes that was finally completed in February 2021 and were provided a contractor, **** ****** of **** ***** ************ ***, through ******* ***** Director, dealing with **** ***** **, for land improvements for the new house. The house was finished being manufactured in September 2021, and was rerouted to be held at a lot owned by ******* Home Direct until the land improvements could be completed, adding cost to us for this delay and reroute of the home. **** continues to delay work to complete the land improvements for the house to be delivered and had stated work would be started in the middle of October but there continues to be no sign of any progress or timeline of completing the work for the house to be delivered to us and no help, communication, or guidance from the business to get the improvements **** either. **** also seems to be only working with a crew of two to three men but neglects our work as customers and excuses this fact to doing multiple jobs at once, which is not our issue but his own scheduling his time and work schedule inappropriately. This has caused added stress, costs, and frustrations with the situation and lack of anything being **** for this getting **** in a timely manner. There has also been no contacts signed either regarding all of this and a lack of overall professionalism from the two parties.Customer response
