      I bought a brand new 2023 truck f 150 with Ford carlsbad, in about Aug of 2023. My truck has been in the shop for 2 months now because of a wiring problem that is covered under warranty, . Ford did not give me rental. So I been paying for a rental out of pocket. I spoke to another Ford agent and they never even did a ticket. Enterprise in carlsbad does not have Any fords that I can rent. So they don't want to help me with that.. I told them if you bring me a Ford ill use it. But Enterprise don't have Ford. My truck has been sitting there.. no one ever answers my calls In the dealership. They first thought it was a rat that bit the wiring then they realized its just bad wiring.. I need help. I'm paying for my truck sitting there plus a rental. This is a brand new truck! Absolutely no customer service.. it's been a nightmare. I will never buy a Ford again. Or recommend it.. I'm disgusted.

      Good afternoon my name is ***** ******* I am the service manager at Carlsbad ford. I have reached out to the customer and updated him on the repairs. the vehicle is currently in shop being worked on; we are in the process of replacing a complete engine wiring harness and a BJB module under warranty that took a few weeks to arrive.  We have also been in communication with our ford engineers and the ford customer service reps which has also been in communication with the customer. we are working diligently to get these issues resolved. We are also working on getting the customer a loaner vehicle hopefully no later than Friday January the 26.

      Purchased a vehicle back in November 2021 they sent paperwork that colorado rejected due to lien release not notarized, I have spoke to General Manager, manager of finance and they keep giving me a run around , I went to my dmv and they told me the title they sent me is no loner valid and there is a new title number to a new title on computer, it's October 2022 and I'm making payments on a vehicle that I cannot register, so technically the vehicle is not mines since I don't have it registered to my name but I am paying for it ,

      My F350 was in for a major service on 08/21/2023. I made it clear that the truck has been used on very bad roads and will be used to pull a Toy hauler labor day weekend. My truck was the next day by 12am finish. Thats way to fast a major service usually take 3 days. When I receive it all the rattles were till there so I inspect it and found that nothing had been done. I make a complaint at ford cas********. I also call the dealership 3 times and have been transferred to an answering machine with no callback. I also fill in a review sent by email to me with no response a few days later I got an email asking if the issue had been resolved again no respond. I took the truck to Artesia Ford dealer and they also found that F350 was not been service. Here is a breakdown of everything. 1 Replace both fuel filters Artesia ford Found that it was not been replaced. 2 Transfer case service. Artesia Ford found that has been done. 3 Coolant Flush. Artesia Ford found that it was not been perform 4 Oil and filter change Artesia Ford found that that it has been done. 5 Air filter replace Artesia Ford found that that it has been replaced. 6 Cabin filter. Artesia Ford found that it was not been replaced. 7 Transmission service. Artesia ford found that it was not been done. 8 Front and rear differentials. Artesia Ford found that that it has been done. 9 Engine light Glow plug was replaced. Multi-Point Inspection WAS NOT BEEN DONE!! This is what Artesia found with their inspection and fix most of it. 1 Coolant leak. Fix 2 Brake pads need to be replaced. It’s been replaced. 3 Cabin filter was not replacing the reason why the aircon fan blows that poor. Replace it. 4 Install new door panel in 6 working days. 5 Found bold missing and loose on a pipe which the fix. 6 Find the rattles and fix them. 7 No grease points was grease, Artesia grease it This is just the big isue their are more bad service to it

      The vehicle came in on 8/15/2022 at 8:30 am for a complete service and inspection and a check engine light on. Upon inspection for the check engine light concern it was found that the truck needed a glow plug and it was also recommended that he replace the fuel filter and flush the cooling system. The other components of complete service, check engine light and complete inspection no other concerns such as rattle or a crack in the door. The recall Mr **** speaks of recall 21M05 is only to be performed when the customer has a tailgate concern about unintended opening and as of 9/17/2022 it has not been performed. Artesia did not do this either because Mr **** did not have an issue with the tailgate.

      Mr. **** is correct we did not replace the cabin filter but we also didn't charge him for one either, trans-flush has a connector that we hook up to perform the flush with a machine and the pan is not dropped and there isn't a dipstick so i would question how they determined that the trans service wasn't serviced. I find it hard to believe that we would do everything and not change the fuel filter which is a visible item. I am willing to refund as a measure of goodwill for the transmission service and the fuel filters even though I'm not sure they weren't completed. For a total of $588.00 plus tax of $44.10 equals a refund of $632.10 and a apology for the way things were handled on this visit.

      I am rejecting this response because: Your replay is at best as poor as your service. Let make it very clear. The truck was in for a major service everything needs to be check, all oil and filters need to be replaced all rattles need to be found and fix, Crack in door need to be fix. I been called and told the coolant need to be flush. How do I know and Artesia Ford knows it was not been done. The truck was as dirty as can be (I ask for a wash which was also not done). It was a dead give away months of dirt pack on grease nipples, and bolds which would have been clean if remove when work on it. The cabin filter falls under a major service also suppose to be inspected why is it not been replaced?? This just prove that Me and Artesia ford is right! The door I been told would take months to get. Artesia get it in 3 days.
      You say it is hard to belief that you do everything and not change the oil filter. Yet you did not replace a very bad dirty Cabin filter???? That prove again you done nothing and your augment are in valet! There are lose and missing bolds in plain sight under the truck easy to see. Why is that not fix? The brake pads fall under inspection, why is that not been replace? Why is the coolant leak not found with your inspection? Artesia found broken strips on roof, why did you not find that with your inspection.
      The only sure thing that you done is the glow plug and the only thing I am willing to pay for. I have some photo evidence and Artesia Ford to back up my claim. The rest I expect full refund for and will not settle for less. All the other out of pocket expenses I have due to your luck and poor service I am willing to let go for now.
