The owner of paint and body shop painted my vehicle a different color. My pickup was dark blue with metal flakes my camper was gray with metal flakes. He painted half of my truck with black paint, and painted my camper black. I told him what I wanted from the beginning. He said he match the paint color from what was on the door code. I wanted to ask him why did you do the camper shell with black. Makes no sense to me.Business response

***** ******* *ontract us about painting portions of his 1995 Ford Ranger, the portions were damaged severely, and the vehicle appeared to be black. When we painted the vehicle, we went by the paint code on the door vin tag which was ** ***** *****. At no time did ***** ******* mention that the vehicle had been painted a metallic blue. Durning preparation of the panels no metallic blue was apparent due to the damage. After painting the vehicle, it was then pulled outside and washed . it was then we noticed the color difference. At this point Southwest ******* contacted the owner ***** ******* about the color difference. The owner of Southwest ******* went and picked up ***** ******* and brought him to the shop to discuss the options that would be suitable for his approval. It was then that ***** ******* informed us about the camper shell that was suppose to be anoter color but that he liked it black as it matched. At no time did he ever express that the portions we painted were to be metallic blue. ***** ******* agreed to have the bed painted to match the ebony black. ***** ******* then had a week to inform us if he wanted to change his mind about painting the bed black. At any point he could have said no repaint the truck metallic blue. On 4-04-2024 customer took delivery of the 1995 Ford Ranger and at that point he made no complaints or comments, He appeared to be satisfied with the work that was done.

I am rejecting this response because:
I want the $1000.00, then I will have a different company to do it. The 1000.00 is what he charged me, I do not trust him to do anything for me. And I want money from him painting my truck black to
