FIDDLER ROOFING SOLD A NEW ROOF TO MY 89-YEAR-OLD MOTHER, BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT THE ROOF WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. AFTER THE ROOF WAS REPLACED, IT STILL LEAKED IN ALL THE SAME PLACES. I HAVE AND MY MOM HAS CONTACTED THE OWNERS OVER 12 TIMES AND THEY SAY THAT IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. WE HAVE HAD ROOFERS AND STUCCO PROFESSIONALS INSPECT THE ROOF AND AREAS AROUND THE ROOF AND ALL HAVE DETERMINES THAT THE ROOF IS THE PROBLEM STILL. THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY, FIDDLER ROOFING ALSO OWNS THE COMPANY FIX MY ROOF AND THE OWNERS REFUSE TO FIX THE MISTAKES THAT THEY MADE. THE OWNER IS AND **** ****** AND *** *******. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS. THEY ARE REALLY JERKS TO MY MOM. IF YOU WANT YOUR ELDERLY RELATIVE TO BE ABUSED, THEN THESE ARE YOUR GUYS.

I am a little upset when they first did the job i thought everything was done correctly I had no problems with them and was a happy customer. Now 1 1/2 years later my roof is leaking. I have been calling them to get a resolution for my ceiling that was damaged due to the lousy work. They did not seal the vents correctly. I've had 3 different leaks at different times, and due to them not coming immediately i did get some damage on my ceiling all 3 times. I've finally had it and tried speaking to a general manager but he keeps avoiding my calls. Every time i call there excuse is he just left the office. I leave messages for him to call me back and 2 wks later still haven't heard from him. I call everyday and now when I call I have to call anywhere between 5 to 6 times because I know they have my number so they don't answer. This is getting a little frustrating because they are not taking responsibility for there work. They say they have a warranty for the first 5 yrs on there work, but i have yet to see it. I will need to pay money out of pocket due to there bad work, I am trying to get them to be responsible for this but they are ignoring me. Please beware of them, they may have 5 stars which is great but if you have a problem with your work they do not take responsibility and that is the sad part. Buyer beware this is the first time i've had problems with any company doing work on my home. SAD and FRUSTRATING

Paid $20,000 for a brand new TPO roof in 2021 only to have a leak occur in July 2024.Sheetrock on ceiling is wet, black mold is visible, which tells me this is not a new leak, but has been steady for some time. Owner says their only duty to us is to repair exterior, and the interior is on us, which is bizarre. When ******* assessed the roof and where **** was identified, he said the crew did not do things like they should have and they could have done a better job. So tell me, how is the interior not covered by Fiddler when they admit their crew did not do a great job with our roof?Fiddler has been difficult to contact, made false commitments to return calls when they said they would, and ******* also told me he would talk to owner about helping us out on interior, only for owner to say, thats not covered in your limited warranty. Very disappointed with this investment and service.

Would give them a 0 if I could. I gave them a review on ****** and they deleted it within an hour. Now I know why the have only good reviews. They delete the bad reviews. These guys still owe me some work they changed me for that I had to call them out on. My roof. Has been done for over a month and they have been paid 100% and they still have not sent me any close out documents. When I was billed they called me and gave me the number over the phone. I asked for an invoice and a **** of material multiple times and never received one. I Got a call after I made my first final payment and was told there was an error and I owed them more money. I asked again for a invoice with line items on the billable material still have not received that. Per the quote they were to replace five goalies and only replaced four goalies. When asked for a credit I was told they had to do some work with the goalies which was removing it so they felt like they should still get paid for that. I had to cover the hole in the stucco wall myself. They quoted a little over $500 to remove the air conditioning unit and reinstall it I had to supply all the parts that they lost for the water line when they removing the air conditioner. I had to hook the water back up to the air conditioner myself. I put all this in the ****** review and it was deleted within an hour. Beware of this company they delete their bad reviews and that is why they only have good reviews. They still owe me a furnace cap that was in the quote to be replaced that didnt get replaced I had to call them and ask them they told me they were going to replace the furnace cap and I have yet to have that replaced the final payment was cashed on August 4, 2022.
