I recently towed my car to business in question. Called the next day, approximately 11/9/2022. Talked to Melissa, explained to her what I believe was my car's problem, had an electrical problem. Describe, with specifics, including telling her where the location of the new fuse that needed to be replaced and it's location in my car. Now, mostly was looking for confirmation of the problem. Called next day to be told it took 2 hours to locate fuse I told was the problem. Are you kidding me. The fuse location and Melisa was instructed of this, was on positive battery terminal. That's right, in plain site, in the plainest of spots, took 2 hours to find. 260 dollars worth of labor to find what I told was wrong. I discussed with one of the mechanics that I wanted my car out of there and would work details out next day. Called on Friday, 11/11/2022, again got mechanic and began to discuss having my car picked up and bill paid. Told him I was going to dispute charges, was transferred to Melisa, who informed me she had great news!!! Without discussing with me, the mechanics took upon themselves to fix the fuse put a part into my car that I did not request to have put in or even looked at. I wonder if they do this to all their customers. In the end, I was charged over 400 dollars to have a part put on my car I did not request, but most outrageously, I was charged over 400 dollars to change a fuse!!!!!! C'mon!!!! This was an overcharge for a part that I did not request and at least an hour and half of work that was completely unnecessary and not authorized by me. Refund and adjustments are seriously requested. Thank you.
