Should be considered a criminal enterprise that steals money from people and contributes to gambling addictions. yeah, yeah, I’m aware you advertise it as a free play game with over 50 million fans… doesn’t take long to realize you’re forcing people into paying real money to advance in a digital world. After 12-14 years of playing, spending I am sure well over $1000, I managed to hit level 280. 280 after 12 years…and the more you spend the higher the prices get Stop spending, cancel your $15/mo “plus” membership and you immediately stop getting any type of “luck”. They literally punish you if you cancel, it’s rigged and super obvious. Not another penny spent here, game is deleted and Playtika, whoever you are, should be prosecuted.Review from Aubrey Y

This company is the worst. Communication with them is absent of human characteristics. They have no ethics. My experience with them has been disturbing to say the least. I feel victimized. I feel like I was targeted. As a matter of fact the admit to targeting a specific type of players by utilizing reward platforms. The lie. They outright robbed me. "Freak off". Who do you think you are? You are all over the internet, bragging of your success and wealth and you can not even try to resolve legitimate complaints from consumers who are filling your pockets. You are discusting. We are all humans and at the very least interacting with another human should start with mutual respect. You have shown nothing even close. Don't talk to me about integrity or comment with your lies. I don't know why you even respond to these reviews because you really don't care. I hope that your empire falls from not having a solid foundation built on MUTUAL RESPECT! I asked for $70. Not even comparable to $700 million that superplay ltd was purchased for. Oh and I think I saw something about another $1.25 billion contingent on the studio reaching expectancies in the next 3 years. Which i can see that you plan on robbing every consumer you can get access to in an effort to reach those contingencies. Don't bother commenting. You just make it worse, trust me. We are not ignorant people. At least Diddy knew enough to try to hide his evil, discusting, sick behavior. You do not care. Money does not give you the right to do what you want to other people and force your will on them. How dare you victimize us. I hope that enough people will speak out against you. It is not fair that you can do this and there is nothing that I, the consumer can do about it. It is a bad feeling and there should be consequences for your unethical practices.Playtika Response

On several occasions I have encountered outright racist comments and racial slurs ( names) slung at me on **** (***** ****** of *****) made by Playtika in conjunction with The Real ****. And I’ve tried to get the matter resolved by them. Only thing I received was some computer generated email. On a few occasions I even provided screenshots to them and still no resolution. It’s just a game and there is no reason some should be allowed to curse, call people racist remarks over a GAME. And for them not to address but to keep condoning that type of behavior is outright showing a support for that behavior. I have even after filing complaints with them, they proceeded to place me in the game with 2 of these individuals. That shows they didn’t address the matter. To prove their complacency with the OUTRIGHT racist & their racism, I tried to warn other players thru the chat in the game. They wouldn’t allow me to say or enter the word “racist”, but they allow the racist to call me everything from a monkey, to an ape. Among other words I won’t repeat. It’s sad and disgusting that a Brand such as **** along with their parent company Caesars would place their name and their reputation on such a vile app.Review from Jessica J

I always wondered if I was being overcharged. Since July 29 when I was evacuated for a wildfire, no purchases have been made. Purchases are in fact disabled. Despite this fact, I have been charged over $1380 since July 30. I will now be involving my bank’s fraud department, as well as the authorities, as my checking account is now overdrawn due to this scam of a game. Beware! No accountability.Playtika Response

I've been a player of several of their games since 2008. I've recently encountered an issue where I made an in-game purchase totaling $100 but I never received what I purchased. I've contacted their customer support via the website for the game multiple times with screenshots of the error message that originated from their system as well as my receipt of the purchase. The only response I have gotten from them was telling me I've asked about the issue too many times and that I stop contacting them. I've never received my refund from them. As a result, I'm working with my bank to get my money back. I understand that tech issues happen. What I don't understand is their lack of customer service. All of the phone numbers for them are either disconnected or go to a real estate office. There is no way to get in touch with a real person to resolve any issues. I tried to inquire about a resolution through their Facebook group, in which the game is an admin, only to have my comments removed. Multiple players experienced the same issue and when they posted on the ******** group their comments were removed as well. From what I've seen others share, they have made countless thousands of dollars off of this tech issue and seem to have no intention of correcting the issue for their players. I have been playing since 2011. On 8-7-24 thru 8-9-24 they had a glitch in the purchase of gems. On 8-11 I get a message they have taken my gems. 47,000 of them. Their excuse was it was not fair to everyone so they took them. So if everyone did not have the glitch then it wasn't fair some did? We knew nothing of the glitch till afterwards. I have asked for my money back or my gems back. And they just apologized again. They can go through every purchase I have made and see my patterns. I would not have purchased the way I did on 8-7 through 8-9 if I had known they were taking the gems back. I just thought it was some promotion as they are always having promotions. A lot of people are really mad about this. If it is not resolved to my satisfaction I will be deleting the game. You can do without my money that I spend every month.Review from Contessa P

I play Bingo Blitz, they say it's a "free" game. They suck you in, in the beginning. I liked the game so much I even purchased a monthly subscription. This game is so rigged! They only care about their VIP players or people who spend lots of money! Each level they raise the amount of credits to play a card room. Then they say you can win quests and mini games, but in order to do that you have to play at a high credit room. They give a daily free credit of 5! At my level I need 1500 or more! Joining their FB group to get credits is a joke also you get maybe 120 credits! So you have to save them up for days or weeks play one room and don't even win!! The greed of this game is disgusting! Customer support says its all chance! No it's not! If you look at the players who win 1st, 2nd, 3rd place bingo are all players who are high leveled or VIP! Sometimes they let a little guy in! Even to purchase a credit package $10 only gets you 475! I am not paying $50 to play one 30 second game to not even win!! I win more bingos in a game that pays real money! If I pay a monthly fee I should get all the rewards and promises they make! I am at gold level and still don't get anything! This is not right! They make the rooms so hard to move on! They make the cards you have to get to complete the level unattainable for weeks! If you have a wild or a power up to win they will make the game end so fast!! Its disgusting how rigged this game is! Its a shame because they have a great concept and app, but no game should make t 1,000's of players so frustrated! I have never seen a "free" game so bias and rigged ever! They have no loyalty or appreciation for their players that pay the subscription fee or who faithfully play their game! I am going to see if their is some class action we can take. I have never felt like a game actually hates me! I have literally said that! They essentially bully the little guys, the ones who don't have extra money! I PLAY WSOP ONLINE POKER THROUGH PLAYTIKA GAMES HOWEVER THEY’RE FAILING TO PAYOUT WINNING’S THAT I RIGHTFULLY HAVE COMING TO ME THROUGH SOCIAL QUEST TEAM MATCHES ETC. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASION’S. Don’t waste your time or money. Playtika is a greedy company that does not care about the members. I have been playing since 2011. I am deleting the app and I suggest you all do the same. Hit them in their pockets and maybe they will make a change. You can’t win a thing, spend thousands of credits for absolutely nothing, the bots they send in to get all the bingos is ridiculous.
