I have been playing games on this website for many years. I fund my account, and sometimes withdraw my winnings also. Never had a problem with small amounts $10, $20. In January I won $75 and I withdrew $70 on Jan *******. It never made it to my bank,or ******. It just disappeared. I wrote to their ***************** they replied saying it takes about 8-10 weeks. I wrote again on Mar 29, and they said their Fraud prevention team would follow it up. Since then I have emailed multiple times, and there has been no resolution. I get an email confirming that my request was received, then nothing.Initial Complaint

On 6/10/2024, at 1:25 AM Eastern Standard Time, I put in a Withdrawal Request for $2.50 which was received and acknowledged by Worldwinner via an email confirmation of such withdrawal request: "Your withdrawal has been processed! Hi ,This message is to confirm you made a withdrawal request in the amount of $2.50.You will receive an additional email with more information once the withdrawal is processed.If you have any questions, please reach out to ****** Services. Theyre happy to help!Current Account Balance: $0.00 Current Rewards Points Balance: 945 You received this message because you registered at WorldWinner.Email Preferences | *********** | Privacy Policy | Unsubscribe | Resubscribe WorldWinner | ***************************************************************************************************" They have subsequently reversed the processing of this withdrawal and CLOSED MY ACCOUNT, thus preventing me from getting my Rightful Winnings which they have done to MANY People in the past.Customer response

Attached is the original email sent from WorldWinner with the verification that they were sending me $2.50. However all they did was reverse the money back to the account and CLOSE THE ACCOUNT without ever SENDING ME MY WINNINGS. I WANT MY WINNINGS NOW.Customer response

In Addition to the $2.50 that has been stolen from me there should also be an additional $1.00 added that I would have available to me for withdrawal purposes to make the Full amount due at this time of $3.50. Hoping this matter can be PROMPTLY resolved and the issue put to rest once and for all.Initial Complaint

I was playing tournaments on 10/26/2023. The app was having issues loading games and withdrawals. The higher tournament games would not register scores and would time out. This went on for hours. I had to submit a claim for one game that made me lose $75 dollars. They refunded that as a game only credit. This morning with that credit from the $75 I had a balance of of $400 with other winnings. When I tried to withdraw it back to my paypal account it would not allow me to withdraw. I emailed the company several times because I wanted my money back. They sent me an email to keep trying or email fraud. I emailed them did not hear anything back. The only option the game was giving me was to play. I played several more games, won and still could not withdraw my funds. Also games I would play with multiplayers had the same player playing several games at the same time. I would like the money back for the balance I had this am that I could not withdrawal. If this does not get resolved I will send all my screenshots of everything from the last several months to the *** for ripping people off. The game will always allow you to win the first or second game after a deposit. if you play anymore after that you will steadily lose, by the same players, game after game till you hit zero.Business response

Sorry to hear of the issues you had with your game and withdrawal attempts. Any/all issues that *** occur while playing a cash tournament can be submitted to Support for review and refund of the entry fee that was paid. A refund would be applied if the game records confirm an error was experienced. All entry fee refunds would be refunded in Game Credits (this is and has been policy) and the user *** use those Game Credits to enter additional cash tournaments. No additional adjustment can be made regarding entry fee refunds. User *** continue to report any technical issues they encounter while playing a cash tournament for review and potential refund of the entry fee. In regards to players being able to play multiple games - this is allowed - a user can enter and re-enter cash tournaments when the re-enter option is available (there are available spots within the same tournament that can be played). A user does not have the ability to play multiple games at the same time and even if possible, there would be no advantage for doing so. In regards to not being able to withdraw funds from the account, this can happen if a user's previous deposit has yet to be "settled" within the payment system which was the case for this user at the time of their withdrawal attempts. The customer *** reach out to the Fraud and *************** by emailing ******************************** for additional assistance with their withdrawals as the Fraud and *************** has additional information available to them regarding payment issues/incidents that *** occur. If the user continues to experience difficulties when attempting to withdraw in the future or has additional questions/concerns/requests related to the recent withdrawal attempts being rejected/not processed, they should reach out to the Fraud and *************** directly. Please email them again when possible if you did not receive any previous assistance or you have additional feedback on the withdrawal experience that occurred.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because they stated a player cant play a game at the same time in multiplayer tournaments. My screenshot says otherwise unless its a computer playing not an actual player. The benefit is so they can win the higher amount. I contacted the the company several times and sent screenshots of the error issues I was having and didnt receive any help but emails to email someone else. Which I did that as well.
