On December 12th, 2023, I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing to come out and clear out the main drain that had backed up into my yard. They stated the problem had been resolved, charged $619.00 for the service. 2 days later, December 14th, it backed up into the yard again. Called to get them to come back out and stated it would cost another $619. This is poor business practice and unexceptable.Initial Complaint

I purchased through Benjamin Franklin a tankless water heater on 1/25/2022. It was financed on the same day for $9,000. It was financed through ********* Bank. As of today, May, 4th 2022 it is not fully installed. The installer came and completed a partial install beginning of February. I called the company on 3/3, 3/22, 3/28, 3/29 and 4/8. On 4/13 at 3pm, Tim Y********,Branch Manager, ************ license ***** came over to see the unfinished work. Tim advised me the employee was no longer employed. Though I appreciate the candor, this should not be a reason for this job not to be completed. Tim asked to give him 2 weeks to review the work and would let me know when they would finish. It's May, no courtesy call. I called today, was sent to voice-mail. I text Tim yesterday, no response. I'm paying 226.00 monthly for nothing. I'm being ignored, have been very patient and no courtesy has been given. I want to stop paying, though they have been paid in full. Not to mention a multiple amount of holes in my garage that I was told I would have to cover on my own because they don't do this!!! They need to do a full complete job to include covering the holes. Even a refund for the months that this job should have been completed. March on to when it's fully installed I need your assistance. I want the job finished, or a full refund. They need to close the holes they made in the garage. This needs to be completed this month of May, period Thank youBusiness response

Hello, I definitely am very grateful to Jason S**** who was prompt and expeditious in ensuring that my money was refunded and that the tankless water heater was removed. I am still waiting for my refund as I paid around 1600.00 towards this system. I am aware this can take 30-40 days. My main concern is I am still waiting for the 20 or so holes in my garage to be filled so that my garage can look exactly like it was before they came and began the installation of the tankless water heater. I called Benjamin Franklin today and spoke with Natasha. She will also reach out to Jason so this is not forgotten. Drywall company *********** took pictures on 6/8/2022. In turn they are to share with Jason S**** and coordinate payment to begin work.
