They need a star less then one they came out to my home August 12 2024 and only did a partial repair they were sent by the Weatherization program of North Las Vegas Nevada for low income seniors Today August 18 2024 Furniture went out on the 17th for the third time They are also connected with the Grandview Construction company. They also need a minus star review.

Joe was an *** and no people skills. Said we had mold and refused to honor our home warranty. Had to call another plumber and did the repair with no mold detection. This company is total scammers And their personal Joe is an *** first class. I am disputing my Amex chafer with AHS and these clowns.

$80 for a house call, $70 part, 1 hour labor, charged $570. That is $420 for 1 hour. This is gouging. I would not use this firm they are a rip off.

I just had my air conditioner repaired and I am very pleased with the expert and professional service that I received. The HVAC Technician was excellent and is a real expert. He quickly found the problem and repaired it in record time and for a very reasonable price. My HVAC Technician's name is David ***** and I'm very impressed with his service. He was easy to deal with and has a great personality. I am really sold on this experience and highly recommend David ***** and Advanced Home Services to everyone who needs any work done. American home shield referred me to this company, they want to charge AHS aprox. 650.00 to replace the water heater and me 725.00 for parts not covered by AHS.. i called a local plumber to get a second opinion and found out that the water heater is fine just a leak which they repaired for 95$thie company advanced Home Services is ripping people off...

This plumbing company said they don't work on sink that have fowl odors. I writing this because American Home Warranty uses them and won't cover a fowl Snelling drain. They repeated the same statement. We don't work on fowl snelling drains. All plumbers know how to correct this problem They are in collusion with AHW. Attorneys. Herebwe come. Liars.

Advanced Home Services came out and looked at my water heater for 5 minutes if even that. The tech told my husband that the Thermocouple is missing and that is the reason we didn't have hot water, but I had enough hot water to take my very long hot shower that morning. They then went and closed by ticket with AHS and nothing was completed. This company is the WORSE!!!

DO NOT USE, EVER!! We are disabled senior citizens. My heat pump stopped working on Thursday night, 01/26 or 27/2023. I called ******** **** ******, my home warranty company yesterday morning, and they had this company assigned to fix my heat pump. A man named Cody came out. Cody is a very heavy-set man. He came into my house with his ladder and opened the attic access. He stuck his head up in the attic. He didn't go all the way because it would have been a tight squeeze. He took a pic with his cell phone. He went outside for a while, and when he came back in, he said that Advanced Home Services would send out a skinny guy to replace the blower motor. How did he know that it was a bad blower motor when he didn't go into the attic? Then he told me that his company will call me within an hour. I didn't hear back from them. When I contacted the company, the woman who answered the phone said that they were waiting for authorization from ******** **** ******. I contacted ******** **** ******, and they told me that the report that they got from Advanced Home said that Cody told them it was too hazardous to work on my heat pump, and they closed my work order. I called Advanced Home services and the woman who answered the phone told me that they didn't close the work order and that I should call American Home Shield back. This morning 01/28/2023, when I tried to contact Advanced Home Service during their normal business hours, they wouldn't answer the phone and I left a message for them to call me. They are open today and I haven't gotten a reply. I then contacted ******** **** ****** and explained the situation. They are sending out another company today. As I said earlier, don't use this company. They will take your service fee, do no work, and won't answer your calls. They must use caller ID, so they know who is calling.

Idk how this company has an A on BBB when you look at reviews and they should clearly have an F. They should be arrested bc they are a scam. Do NOT EVER use this company. They are a scam!!!!!!! My home warranty had called this company 3 times to help me and each time charged me $100. The guy Jose will come for less than 1 minute, look at the problem, and say it's damaged and they can't fix the issues. I called for my sink, my toilets, and this time was my shower. He lied and said it was destroyed by us who live in the home and that it had a leak and it will be $950 to fix. I called the warranty company to ask for a second opinion. They get the BEST air pro masters out to our home and he said the Guy lied. The problem was fixed in less than 20 minutes. He said he always has to go behind this company and fix things bc they refuse to. Advantage home services takes your money and lies. So what happened if we listened to Jose? Would we have paid $950 for a $30 part and they pocket it bc they think we are stupid and wouldn't know??!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A MAJOR SCAM!!! They won't even call me back because they know they are wrong.

Advanced Homes Services was dispatched by my warrant company American Home Shield when I made a claim on my water heater. They did come out right away, one star for that. The technician was here for one minute. Obviously it's leaking so it needs to be replaced. Then they tell us it's going to be $820 and it's not covered by AHS. I called AHS to ask why it's not covered. Replacing my WH is actually covered, but AHS started reading a list of things they don't cover that somehow total $820. On the list: earthquake straps. I already have those. A drip pan. I already have one. A sediment filter. I already have one. The entire experience with Advanced Home Services was insane. We purchased a hot water heater for $569. Why would I pay them $820? What a terrible scam.
