We have been able to get in touch with the customer, the email provided was no longer a working email, so when we had been getting in touch with the customer, he wasn't receiving the messages. Sent them a used 32G Wi-Fi iPad via *** Tracking #1ZB4274Y9005863612. The iPad was less than one year old and I was selling it. It was in excellent condition and their software said it was worth $163.00. The evaluated it as "Fair" and said it was only worth $20.00. I declined the offer and it was supposed to be returned to me. They won't respond to my call or my emails and I haven't received the iPad as of 12/5/2023Business response

Hi ***. You traded in your iPad under the condition of mint. Once the device arrived to us it was in poor condition and our testing notes show the home button on the device had been pressed in and was permanently recessed. The repair for this ranges from $100-$140 which is why your offer was adjusted as so. Per our terms and conditions on our website, the customer is responsible for return shipping on devices not traded in under the correct condition with a refused counter offer. We did email you about sending us a label to get your device back, but have never heard back. As a 1 time courtesy for any confusion we will take care of the shipping cost and get your device sent back out to you. Sorry for ay confusion along the way.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: There was NOTHING wrong with the iPad when I sent it in! The "Home" button worked fine. My guess is that the battery was drained because of the cold weather and your User didn't recognize that. Furthermore, I was never offered any offer of $100-$140.............. only got the $20.
Sincerely,

You said in your previous complaint that you had not received your phone back from us, but now you are saying that you did receive your phone back from us, and even provided tracking showing that. I am sorry you are not happy with price we offered you for your damaged device, but it sounds like you did you get your phone back in accordance with out procedures and terms & conditions. Have a great week.
